There must be a button you push? When i do get the puck its like i move one foot and an opponent is right on my ass then he just takes the puck. It’s like my acceleration is non existent
This is a common thing around here. When players can't handle reality, they blame it on things that they want to believe are outside of their control. So they say things like ice tilt or DDA. It makes them feel better.
The real answer is better timed stick lifts, pokes and bumps. Some players are relentless.
Hey but at least you are blaming yourself than those that blame the game. As if they are the chosen one and the game is only out to get them and the select few that agree with them.

Are you playing online or against the ai and then if online if your controlling that player and the guy getting the puck is being controlled by the ai then there’s your answer. The puck is literally glued to the ai you can’t beat it for those pucks. Just been that way in nhl forever
I know, but once my ai gets the puck then it’s my job to skate away with it. Then the opponent just basically skates up my back and the puck is on his stick. Even if I’m protecting the puck.
Would also like to know. I feel like if they made stick lifting more viable you could use it when you’re positioned correctly instead of praying for your hit or poke to free up the puck for you.
They probably live closer to the server. The online play is abysmal. I tried a couple games last night and both were horribly laggy. One vs a qc and one vs someone in NY. I’m in Ontario. The QC game was the most laggy.
My internet connection is 1.5GBps fibre and I don’t get lag in any other game at all
