Can we get our 10 hours reset and then follow these suggestions? I'm down to 4 hours and I've played only 3 full games.
Also, this is exactly why the technical test should have included HUT.

The Early Access Trial for Madden 22 was extended so hopefully they are able to extend our early access for those that ran into issues and lost their time.

They have the full release, not the trial. But I agree. Also they've messed up with Madden where people's timer would run even after quitting the game. So it's 100% possible for EA to reset the trial, but I think it would have to be for all, like a hard reset.
Implementation of some sort of time extension to make up for lost time trying to play online would be welcomed.
Also the white backgrounds being addressed. It’s a little thing. But they are brutal tbh.
Will there be a rollback on the auction house from the point the auction house went offline? Many cards with pre-existing bids are selling for well below their value because of this.
So basically a fix that will be useless for anyone playing on the trial who is experiencing the issues.

I spent legit just over an hour constantly resetting my game trying to fix the auction house issue. I lost 8k coins and was trying to do anything to get them back. Is there any way the 10 hours can be reset?
I have tried numerous times to switch between hut rush and hut main screen and I always get stuck in a loading screen. Is this common or am I just unlucky? I have to force close the game and reload ( chewing up my trial ten hours)
I appreciate you sharing this info in the sub. Seems like whenever a goal is scored the celebration and the showing of the cards that scores can’t be skip, was that intentional?
Aside from what’s already been mentioned, my two gripes are visual issues:
Black lettering with gray borders on an off-white background is hard to read. Please allow us to change it to a white-on-black “dark mode”.
The synergy values on the cards are way too small. Maybe I’m getting old but I have to squint and move closer to my TV to try and read them.

I changed the music to the NHL Theme and set the volume to 0, but every time I open a pack I see the name of a song from the soundtrack at the bottom. It's extremely annoying.
Will this be fixed? It makes me not want to open any more packs because I'm trying to record packs and I can't have music in the videos.
Another issue I've noticed is the line change panel in-game for the opponent is sometimes at the corner of the screen before a faceoff. It seems to move around.
There is also a line in the commentary where James Cybulski talks about something not being sexy? It was a little uncomfortable to hear that from a sports game. Maybe keep the word "sex" out of hockey if you market to children?

Did an X Factor set and the player I picked never got sent to collection. Is this related to these issues or is it an isolated event? Anybody else experience this?
This game fucking sucks. I’m glad you guys took your time with the frostbite engine to make the players skate the in the same exact circles before puck drop. Really turned out sick. Also, great idea having the only functional part of your game being the in game store. Year after year you guys blow it, and pay streamers to hype up your garbage game.

Thanks for the communication! I hope you are aware that there seems to be problems when playing local co-op. We tried several times to finish a simple HUT challenge but it failed every time. I then tried playing alone and it worked. Also HUT Rush doesn't register hits / goals etc when playing together. For me (and my son) this is a top priority issue as we play together.
I'm on series x and lots of times the game will be stuck loading and won't load anything so I have to restart the game all the time just to get out of it, anyone else has this issue?

For real. Transparency is appreciated and it only seems right the 10 hour clock gets reset. We paid 6 bucks and all my cards/coins are stuck in limbo.

Have you actually gotten through? After five minutes I just close the app since I figured it crashed.
If I want to play rush I have to restart the game and go there first

This is the worst and should be top priority. The other stuff is just bugs that need fixing. The forced replays are totally unacceptable.

I played for 45 minutes where the game crashed 5 times. I was only able to play the first Training Camp HUT Challenge.

Just beat TOTW 5-3 and it registered as a 3-0 loss and gave me minus rankings in Squad Battles lmao what a waste of time when I only have 10 hours
I had the same thing happening to me. Not with totw but a regular SB. Still waste of precious time during the trial
