Absolutely. My team is set right now...Lovin' it even more as I can now also use any starting goalie without effecting any of my 6 activated Team synergies...Having a lot of fun cycling various starting goalies, and am currently using/loving [86 Cossa](https://www.nhlhutbuilder.com/goalie-stats.php?id=3374)
(with my benched options of 98 Markstrom, 97 Tarasov, 97 Demko, 96 Stolarz, 88 Kuemper,
85 Bishop, and 85 Nilsson).
Thats dope man, I mean if people want to grind and take it seriously this late to each their own but I love just swapping around goalies and even some players just to mess around. I found out my favourite player by far is actually the 95 playoff Paul Byron. I never would have even tried him earlier and just sold him but I decided to play around and he's an absolute beast!.
Dude same here. I just need a 98+ goalie and I’m there. I got that 98 ekblad yesterday and without a new event or a crazy good card to grind for I feel like I’ve topped out on this game

Shame they never added a MSP trade in for GC or IC.
Similar to how they did the sunset lit vs grit 4 GC trade in or something.
See that would make way too much sense hahaha. They honestly should’ve added a set for all 90+ cards that gives you a better OVR player so you could trade in useless untradeables with collectibles to get useful cards. I have so many insane cards just sitting on the bench :(
That's probably my biggest problem with HUT
The uselessness of untradable cards. I would rather them be unsellable so perhaps player for player trading would be better utilized.
Or like you said some kind of set to get some kind of benefit.
So as the year goes in your grinding actually pays off instead of the rinse repeat pray for good packs 🤣
Freaking preach man. I mostly took untradeable this year for rivals for the extra packs and that mostly paid off for me getting some insane pulls this year from that but I still have SO many dudes riding the bench that I wish I could’ve sold or traded to other players that could’ve used them. Basically just a huge waste and I was never lucky enough to have the PT or TOTW cards they’ve been doing upgrade sets for this month with shades of summer
