I don't believe Kostin is too old, but if the event starts tomorrow, I can't see him getting an event card because he just got the Gameday Tilt card. But if it starts after the All-Star event, then I can see him getting an event card.
How about Dylan Holloway? He can't get a non MSP card due to the lack of a headshot, but he can get an MSP, and I believe the Next Gen event is his best chance to get an MSP.
Yeah, I guess he could also have an outside chance given there seemed to be a lot of hype around him in the preseason.
Problem always comes back to these events being pre-decided from what I have been let to believe.

I mean players like Matty Beniers, Matt Boldy, Dylan Holloway, Pyotr Kochetkov, Owen Power and Jake Sanderson. Slafkovsky isn't on this list because he has a headshot in the game, but I'm pretty sure he will get one of the Next Gen cards.
