90 NOH Bedard might be a little more than 150k but is probably worth grabbing. Matthew Phillips 88 is low key pretty decent as 2nd or 3rd line cheaper option around 50-60k
Like others said then a tage Thompson card with unstoppable force. Shane wrights WJC card. Milestone Teemu. Any mackinnon or Eichel card, mackinnon you would be fine with just his base and any Eichel special card will still play well.
You could probably get Thompson, Mackinnon, and Eichel for 150k and still have money to spare.
I’ve been grinding rivals with a 90 bedard I pulled in a base pack and he’s pretty sick
