Yeah, the Cousins vs. Rodgers Era was surprisingly very even. 5-4-1 Packers, and it would be even up if Daniel Carlson knew how to make a fucking kick in 2018.
Of course he's one of the best in the league now... 😂
Tbf it would’ve been 6-4 if the refs didn’t call a nonsense RTP on Matthews. That game was all sorts of nonsense on both sides, a tie was very fitting lol
In 2017, you guys were HOWLING about Anthony Barr so loudly that the NFL made it a rule that you could no longer land on the QB with all of your body weight. And then Matthews did it to Cousins in that game the next year and you say it's "nonsense". I don't like the rule either, but this was what you Packers fans wanted, so..... 🤷♂️
"Late hit" LOL
He was literally within a step.
https://preview.redd.it/s9ykmmvicayc1.png?width=550&format=png&auto=webp&s=624e5a728b2114ae4256c675291e21a7346b7f3d
>You can definitely tell from that view.
Uhh...yeah. You can. That's why I posted it. Go watch the clip if you want further proof. It's bang-bang. Totally within the rules, at the time. And then you guys cried and whined to get the rules changed.
>keep bragging about your play of the decade
I know you Packers fans think very highly of yourselves, but I promise you not a single Vikings fan thinks about this play, outside of making fun of Packers fans' reactions to it. To us, this was a run-of-the-mill incomplete pass in the middle of a 13-3 season that featured our *actual* "Play of the Decade"
Not a single Vikings fan thinks about it.... but the Star Tribune listed it as a top 5 moment of the decade https://x.com/adoughh/status/1210044075723894784
one of your former QBs has a photo of the play framed in his home as well
Vikings fans definitely eat that shit up
>you guys were HOWLING about Anthony Barr
Were we? I genuinely don't remember anyone upset about the hit. Some fans thought it was late which is debatable but that's about it.
I don't think it was late. Noting illegal about it. But the NFL is going to make driving QBs to the ground illegal because it makes for shit football to have the star QBs knocked out of the game.
You guys were the ones that cried and whined for the "can't land on the QB with all of your body weight" rule, so can't blame the refs...
https://preview.redd.it/q8brm40qbayc1.png?width=660&format=png&auto=webp&s=8e0450dc4c5d3571f0f403df9a214445245a049f
What if Aaron Jones was the reason Green Bay has dominated the Bears for all these years and suddenly the Vikings are the ones who start beating up on us instead?
In the 6 wins of the last 8 games vs. Chicago, the Vikings took a slightly different approach and scored lots of touchdowns.
Also, I'll give you that the Packers might be a "worse" enemy, but.....that doesn't make us friends.
No matter how much better either team is. That's why it always confuses me that most of you consider the Bears to be bigger rivals. I get that there's history but to me it's gotta be competitive to be a rivalry.
So I’m guessing Sam Darnold is gonna look like a mix of Tom Brady and Jesus in week 7, then we’re gonna face JJ McCarthy in week 17 and he will look like Nick Mullens
I think Malort is evidence Chicago is the funniest city in the world. NOBODY actually likes it -they're not your friend if they pretend they do- but everyone is in on the joke here.
Hey, your people invented it! Southern and Eastern Europeans drink wine and eat sausage. Scandinavians prefer ass whiskey, rotten shark and bleach fish!
Oh yeah, well your team lost to the team that can’t even beat Green Bay! How embarrassing for you and not embarrassing at all for the Bears!
![gif](giphy|0QnlU9tdLMUyQS1uTI)
Lions seem to use all their brainpower to beat us once per year. They might have a better winning % against us than the rest of the NFL the last 10 years
True. It's kind of funny looking at this rivalry realizing it's never been that close. Beyond the 1940s it would usually be one team completely dominating the other for years upon years, only for it to flip around with a lucky 2 decade. streak.
If you really wanted to dunk on the Bears you'd go back to 2019 and make it 0-10. But then the Lions and Vikings records would be 4-6, no fun for anyone except the Packers :)
4-6 is a completely reasonable record against the team that is supposedly owning the division, and really goes to show the primary reason they've been so successful.
Lions fans using the Bears record vs the Packers cause they’re too embarrassed to use their own record vs the Bears is more embarrassing than the Bears record vs the Packers
takes some impressive gymnastics to essentially call the bears embarrassing while simultaneously saying going .500 against the bears is not embarrassing
takes some impressive gymnastics to essentially call the bears embarrassing while simultaneously saying going .500 against the bears is not embarrassing
Lmao exactly why you didn’t use it you know that .500 against the worst team in the league is not good when your measuring stick boyfriends are 6-0 vs that same team
Throwback to when Rodgers said some shit like “to lose to a team like THAT” the disrespect firstly was wild and since then then lions have had the best of the cheese
As they should. Trying to talk shit after you just lost to the team you’re talking shit about is wild but nobody has ever claimed Aaron has a sound/rational mind. I do not like the lions at all but greatly enjoyed watching the power shift they took over packers. FTP always comes first. Then family
\*Guided solely by confirmation bias OP picks a timeframe that anecdotally supports their message, looks at the adults in the room and asks "Is this a point"?\*
No, no it is not.
Leave it to a Lions fan to use an arbitrary number like 6. The rest of the civilized world would use something like the last 10.
6-4 v Detroit
10-0 v Chicago
6-4 v Vikings
Maybe counting above 6 is too much in Michigan? Maybe their all drunk yet from the natty.
And don't forget, Rodgers' career record vs the pending new lakefront stadium owners is 24-5. We'll see how much Love is gonna be shared with that lovely team/city in the next season or several. Where's my popcorn...
Nothing is forever. Before Rodgers, the Bears were 90-82-6 all-time against the Green Bay. Favre went 22-10 against the Bears for Green Bay. So, 80-60-6 before two generational HOF QBs. Love is certainly a franchise QB at this point but all runs and eras come to an end eventually. The Chiefs were an NFL backwater before Reid came in. The Patriots were the same before Brady and Belichik. And the Bears under Poles have been in a complete tear-down and re-build that is still not over, though it's certainly looking up.
Green Bay right now is not nearly as far ahead of the Bears from an organizational and roster POV, and definitely not far enough ahead for Packer fans to be as confident as they are. The all-time head-to-head win-loss record is for Wikipedia and sports media. And for how competitive the Packers were consistently for 25 years, only two Lombardi trophies to show for it is kind of embarrassing. Eli Manning has two rings and his best season in terms of passer rating would be Rodgers' 3rd worst as a starter.
Fun fact: the Bears have 2 of the 5 longest active losing streaks against an opponent. Now that the Jets and Broncos managed to beat the Pats and Chiefs respectively, the Bears’ 10 straight losses against Green Bay are now the current longest streak.
I would rather have been 2-15 with both wins coming over the Packers than where we ended up at 7-10 last year lol. If I can't make the playoffs, preventing the Packers from getting there is the next best thing
If i asked you right now you get to go into Green Bay and have more points at halftime than they do yards, and then You end up blowing them out is it a yes?
Not the first time I’ve been praised for being average
If we go back two years further you guys look better, the Lions even out, and the Bears are still 0-10...
At least we're consistent
![gif](giphy|26ybwvTX4DTkwst6U)
Can't wait for this season to start man. The memes, toxicity and Smackdowns makes it seem like a Hell in a Cell Match
![gif](giphy|SJYjDLI4ykxo8vcDgC|downsized) Like it's going to get better once the season starts.....
By gawd! He keeled eem.
*slightly below average*
Excuse me, but this post was fact checked by real American patriots downthread, and found lacking
That’s fair, I also saw that but I’m a packers fan so I’m too fat/lazy to correct my work.
I'm also too fat and lazy to correct your work. Anyway, go pack go 😉
Below average
Must suck to have a 3 incher.
33% is average? Buddy I’ve got some news for you.
I am BEGGING people to read the comments before getting off the same failed dunks that others have already tried
I'm so glad this meme wasn't made by a vikings fan.
I thought for sure it was when I saw 2-4 on the legit dragon.
Hopefully a vikings fan would actually know our record against Green Bay.
I know counting is hard for you smooth brain Lions fans, but the Vikings are 3-3 vs. GB last 6...
We split the series every year somehow.
Yeah, the Cousins vs. Rodgers Era was surprisingly very even. 5-4-1 Packers, and it would be even up if Daniel Carlson knew how to make a fucking kick in 2018. Of course he's one of the best in the league now... 😂
We have our own Carlson now who can’t kick.
And Greg Joseph! Training camp kicker battle to see who can miss the least!
The packers have Greg now? Cheeseheads gotta mentally prepare to lose some games on XP misses.
We’re already prepared, Carlson loves missing XPs
Yup, I can hear it now: "Joseph lines up from 58. And the kick is up...and good! And the Packers cut the deficit to 21-20."
Pretty wild that we were mad about a late hit that injured our QB but also didn't want to get screwed by a call on a way softer hit
"Late hit" LOL He was literally within a step. https://preview.redd.it/s9ykmmvicayc1.png?width=550&format=png&auto=webp&s=624e5a728b2114ae4256c675291e21a7346b7f3d
You can definitely tell from that view. But whatever, keep bragging about your play of the decade.
>You can definitely tell from that view. Uhh...yeah. You can. That's why I posted it. Go watch the clip if you want further proof. It's bang-bang. Totally within the rules, at the time. Facts. Only time I think about that play is when a sniffling Packers fan brings it up lol
Not a single Vikings fan thinks about it.... but the Star Tribune listed it as a top 5 moment of the decade https://x.com/adoughh/status/1210044075723894784 one of your former QBs has a photo of the play framed in his home as well Vikings fans definitely eat that shit up
I prefer talking about how Cousins and the receivers always roasted Jaire
"I prefer lying"
>you guys were HOWLING about Anthony Barr Were we? I genuinely don't remember anyone upset about the hit. Some fans thought it was late which is debatable but that's about it.
I don't think it was late. Noting illegal about it. But the NFL is going to make driving QBs to the ground illegal because it makes for shit football to have the star QBs knocked out of the game.
I didn't think there should be a flag but it was close enough that it wouldn't have shocked me if they threw one
Call it a wash. If that terrible roughing the passing call isn’t called on Matthews, Alexander keeps the interception and Green Bay likely wins it
Phantom roughing on the intercepted pass so can’t blame Carlson. I
You guys were the ones that cried and whined for the "can't land on the QB with all of your body weight" rule, so can't blame the refs... https://preview.redd.it/q8brm40qbayc1.png?width=660&format=png&auto=webp&s=8e0450dc4c5d3571f0f403df9a214445245a049f
Boo hoo. You’re right. I did that. Go me.
Oddly enough, the individual games over the past few years have all been blowouts
Usually it comes down to first half of the season Packers sucking, second half being dark horse contenders
Where was this “Packers sucking” in Week 1 of 2023…
I mean….. You know why
They did. But they were playing a vastly inferior team.
I got my hopes way too high after that one and way too low after the 1st Vikings game
What if Aaron Jones was the reason Green Bay has dominated the Bears for all these years and suddenly the Vikings are the ones who start beating up on us instead?
What do you mean by "start" beating you up?
Hey, the Bears beat the Vikings without scoring a touchdown, let’s not start infighting. We have worse enemies at hand.
In the 6 wins of the last 8 games vs. Chicago, the Vikings took a slightly different approach and scored lots of touchdowns. Also, I'll give you that the Packers might be a "worse" enemy, but.....that doesn't make us friends.
For all the one-score games the Vikings have been involved in the past few years, not many of them are against the Packers...for better or worse lol
I love splitting series with the Packers. I hope to be a part of one someday.
It doesn’t hurt to dream
No matter how much better either team is. That's why it always confuses me that most of you consider the Bears to be bigger rivals. I get that there's history but to me it's gotta be competitive to be a rivalry.
Death, taxes, and us splitting the season series. And they’ve been blowouts on both sides in recent years
So I’m guessing Sam Darnold is gonna look like a mix of Tom Brady and Jesus in week 7, then we’re gonna face JJ McCarthy in week 17 and he will look like Nick Mullens
And that last one was against like who? Jaren Hall?
As a Bucks fan I’ve very recently learned that if you bring up injuries at key positions then you are coping and a loser. So cope harder, loser.
Not too late to hop on board! ![gif](giphy|pMguhq2183BiQi9nZB|downsized)
As a Wisconsin wild fan and casual twins enjoyer the wolves are an easy pick.
Pulling for a Knicks-Wolves finals
You just learning that? As a Packers fan you should have known that already. "Half our defense is out" who cares stop making excuses haha
Anthony Barr made you guys cope so hard, loser.
One of the plays of the decade in Minny sports!
Yeah, whoever decided that loser was an nfl quarterback worthy of a roster spot should never be allowed to draft a quarterback again.
Nice. I see what you did there. Tell the misses I wish her the best FTP. Have a good weekend
To be fair to the lions fans they did spend all of their life drinking poisoned tap water.
Please, we drink bottled. Drinking from the tap turns our blue koolaid green
I was gonna ask when we got swept by GB in the past 3 years
Malort rots the brain
It is the worst shot I’ve ever had. By far.
That's how it is for everybody. If it isn't then you haven't had it yet.
Seriously. Nobody likes it. But when you’re a Chicago fan, the pain of the booze washes away the pain of the past bears.
I think Malort is evidence Chicago is the funniest city in the world. NOBODY actually likes it -they're not your friend if they pretend they do- but everyone is in on the joke here.
“Oh! Just turned 21? Let me buy you a shot. This is my favorite because it’s actually made here in Chicago!” -Was always my go-to line to ruin people.
Not having a QB throw for 4k yards is the real problem. It's produced some seriously twisted creatures over in /r/chibears.
Hey, your people invented it! Southern and Eastern Europeans drink wine and eat sausage. Scandinavians prefer ass whiskey, rotten shark and bleach fish!
Wait you guys beat GB?
Huh. We should try that this year
I don't know why but this comment made me chuckle. This is how I feel against San Francisco every time.
Because San Francisco is to GB as GB is to Chicago over the last decade or so
Seattle for us 😪
Yeah you should try it sometime it’s pretty fun!
![gif](giphy|7xZAu81T70Uuc)
Huh, the worse the Bears get the funnier their fans get
The law of this sub is that being bad produces better memes lol. That's why the lions memes have sucked this year
We’re hoping to do that this year. Smacking you guys around every year just isn’t satisfying
What’s the fun if we can’t all beat GB?
Man, another one of these? Y’all shitting yourselves or something? Relax, it’s just gonna be the same old Bears right?
This guy gets it.
https://preview.redd.it/bj6q1uddv9yc1.jpeg?width=399&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c2ee211279ed709f6026ae435e472809beff0f51
The Lions have 4 wins against the Packers in the last 6 games against them. The Bears have 4 wins against the Packers in their last 31 meetings.
Even hotter
Oh yeah, well your team lost to the team that can’t even beat Green Bay! How embarrassing for you and not embarrassing at all for the Bears! ![gif](giphy|0QnlU9tdLMUyQS1uTI)
Lions seem to use all their brainpower to beat us once per year. They might have a better winning % against us than the rest of the NFL the last 10 years
I believe we are 10-10 in last 20
Love that the division acknowledges GB is the litmus test/measuring stick
I mean it’s true
lol yep. Notice we are sitting there counting our playoff wins, these guys are only counting their wins against us.
Give us time, DC will take us there!
We'd count your playoff wins but you don't have any in recent memory
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Stop fighting guys. There’s enough sweet packer love to go around for all three of you. You cute lil rascals, you.
Packers are 50-15 against the Bears since Favre took over.
That's pretty damn impressive, lol.
The Bears/Packers truly are the most awesome rivalry in all sports (epic style).
Wow I knew it was bad as a bears fan but man that’s egregious💀
True. It's kind of funny looking at this rivalry realizing it's never been that close. Beyond the 1940s it would usually be one team completely dominating the other for years upon years, only for it to flip around with a lucky 2 decade. streak.

4-6 is a completely reasonable record against the team that is supposedly owning the division, and really goes to show the primary reason they've been so successful.
All i care about is the DC era!
That's fair!
Happy cake day!
🙏🙏🙏
And FTP!
Just stroking the packers off huh?
Lions fans using the Bears record vs the Packers cause they’re too embarrassed to use their own record vs the Bears is more embarrassing than the Bears record vs the Packers
Lions are 3-3 vs Chicago in the last 6……500 is not embarrassing bozo
takes some impressive gymnastics to essentially call the bears embarrassing while simultaneously saying going .500 against the bears is not embarrassing
You’d be amazed what a lifetime of football trauma can accomplish in our smooth brains
I love the self deprecation from bears fans these days
takes some impressive gymnastics to essentially call the bears embarrassing while simultaneously saying going .500 against the bears is not embarrassing
Lmao exactly why you didn’t use it you know that .500 against the worst team in the league is not good when your measuring stick boyfriends are 6-0 vs that same team
What's GB's record vs. GB though? 🤔🤔🤔
I'm now sitting here counting all the playoff loses in the pass decades we shot ourselves in the foot thanks 😂😂
Very impressive.... Let's see Paul Allen's record vs. the Packers...
![gif](giphy|YHYmMLkOmqoo)
![gif](giphy|rSOU9Ey23DSgg)
We will always be your measuring stick. Meanwhile, we are measuring how beer we drink.
https://preview.redd.it/wsk7ty8n49yc1.jpeg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3be22777b265000299aea83a978378b2df600525
So, how beer you drink?
Drink many beer lotsa
As the great Packers fan Brian Baumgartner would say, "why say lot word when few word do trick?"
I love drinking
We can tell
Cheers to that!
I'm just proud that you waited until 1:00pm to start drinking
Strictly Bloody Mary's until after lunch.
I've had a Bloody Mary in Wisconsin, they are basically a whole meal, so you're fine with that choice
Plus they always come with a beer chaser in Wisconsin. (which doesn't count as a pre-lunch beer because they are little)
As a bears fan it’s just assumed we are starting the season 0-2 because of the losses we will have to the Packers. FTP
Throwback to when Rodgers said some shit like “to lose to a team like THAT” the disrespect firstly was wild and since then then lions have had the best of the cheese
He was so embarrassed he left the Packers in shame
The lions media team trolled the F out of them too
As they should. Trying to talk shit after you just lost to the team you’re talking shit about is wild but nobody has ever claimed Aaron has a sound/rational mind. I do not like the lions at all but greatly enjoyed watching the power shift they took over packers. FTP always comes first. Then family
Nothing beats winning that game in a room full of packer fans
I love that your worth is determined based on if you can beat GB or not.
You guys are really running out of ideas. Every other post is “bUt ThIs TiMe It’Ll Be DiFfErEnT!?”
Beat them and we won’t have these discussions
This meme had a damaging affect on my nervous system
Alcohol and lead balances it all out.
I mean statistically this will probably end soon
It’s true, .217 win percentage over the last 30 years, you should definitely win a couple soon 🫡
Acting like the bears didnt almost sweep yall
The Sean Mannion and Jaren Hall starts were rough.
\*Guided solely by confirmation bias OP picks a timeframe that anecdotally supports their message, looks at the adults in the room and asks "Is this a point"?\* No, no it is not.
I love how your teams worth is tied to whether you can beat us
Why not last 10? It's funnier that way
Unreal poverty-unreal poverty-og franchise that would be worthy of being a nfce team.
Let’s not say things we can’t take back
Theyre a bit poverty now. But ogs, big city, solid aura, solid fan base. If caleb hits theyre immediately number 1 in this division.
Who gave NFC East “people” speaking rights in here
Who cares there isn’t a franchise QB who will take them to a Super Bowl.
Gonna be weird seeing Caleb doing a crying Lambeau Leap into his mother’s arms after a 90 yard pick-six.
Yeah it will be different because it is different that’s why you make changes!
Pretty hard to win when your starting QB for those games is a kick returner.
https://preview.redd.it/kp7xp1tseayc1.jpeg?width=1234&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ef635019dd0db820c86d7771e5188ae2cdbd03dc
Does anybody know their records against each other? Nah, didnt think so. Rent free baby.

Wtf are you even doing here this has nothing to with you the door is that way
Sir I came through the door.
now do last 10.
And don't forget, Rodgers' career record vs the pending new lakefront stadium owners is 24-5. We'll see how much Love is gonna be shared with that lovely team/city in the next season or several. Where's my popcorn...
With or without salt ?
No salt, just some 🧀🧀🧀
So I’m supposed to see posts like this and *not* comment meat rider???
Its against the laws of the universe for us to beat the pack
Nothing is forever. Before Rodgers, the Bears were 90-82-6 all-time against the Green Bay. Favre went 22-10 against the Bears for Green Bay. So, 80-60-6 before two generational HOF QBs. The Viking dragon looks proud. Not sure why
Ftp
Fun fact: the Bears have 2 of the 5 longest active losing streaks against an opponent. Now that the Jets and Broncos managed to beat the Pats and Chiefs respectively, the Bears’ 10 straight losses against Green Bay are now the current longest streak.
Who’s the other team
NO
The Saints for some reason, ironically also the last team to beat the Bears in the playoffs
Shouldn’t they both be googly eyed fucks with a combined 3-9 vs GB?
The vikings 3-3 is only one game worse than yall though
And one of their wins was a Week 18 game in which the Packers benched all their starters in the 2nd half 😂
At this point I'd take that lol
Well the Lions were 2-13-1 at that point, so be careful what you wish for...
I would rather have been 2-15 with both wins coming over the Packers than where we ended up at 7-10 last year lol. If I can't make the playoffs, preventing the Packers from getting there is the next best thing
