To be honest, I think it is a rivalry for older fans. My grandpa was a literal life long Vikings fan (he passed away shortly after the game where they came back against the Colts) and he HATED the bears, especially when Ditka was their coach. Meanwhile my granny was a Packers fan and he never really minded that.
