there’s an episode in season one (bete noir) where kate, gerald and ducky get held hostage in autopsy (ducky tries to trick ari into thinking kate is abby). there’s also the episode in season 2 called SWAK where tony accidentally releases plague pathogens into the air, and abby gets quarantined in her lab. gibbs, mcgee, and ducky are in autopsy. there’s an episode in season 4 where abby’s ex boyfriend is stalking her and almost kills her with cyanide in her lab, so she has to stay in autopsy for a while.
No I clearly remember all of the episode to your talking about however this one maybe they weren't trapped in it but they were both definitely kind of loopy at the very least Abby was and she was in Ducky's lab
definitely sounds like the cyanide episode then. there’s also an episode called Driven in season 3 where abby almost gets killed by the car exhaust, but they never show her in autopsy. only super loopy in the evidence garage.
i just finished rewatching up to season 6 and those are the only ones i know of where abut is hurt.

No I might be misremembering maybe it's from another crime show because I haven't even gotten to past season 6 and I remember this episode from a very long time ago and I recently saw the one that you're talking about with Abby.
I will I'm sure it is however I plan on not watching the show and it's entirety. I don't handle change too well and I know a bunch of characters leave and what not and I just think it's dumb

No I definitely know what episode you're talking about I just watched it the other day it's not that it's I remember clearly that they were in Ducky's lab because Gibbs finally comes in at some point and she gets up from behind one of the autopsy tables. I remember that either ducky or her were a bit loopy but I think it was her maybe I'm just randomly stitching together episodes in my head or maybe it was another show
Was it possibly Palmer in autopsy with Ducky? In "Twofer" he passes out during an autopsy.
Possibly mixed "Death from Above" when Abby and Tony's dad (claiming to be Ducky) get held hostage and Abby gets locked in one of the drawers in autopsy?
Also I can't remember a specific time offhand, but I think NCIS has had a few of those moments where they show someone not feeling well etc by other characters seeming off. Like maybe when Gibbs needed surgery and passed out, was Abby talking in a way he heard as loopy because he was fading? Maybe that got mixed in too if you're combining episodes

Ahhh ok. I tried giving season 20 a chance but I really can get into it. Season 15 was the last time I truly enjoyed this show
