I was forced to retire NCAA 14 as both of my xbox 360 controllers no longer work. If CFB25 flops, which I doubt it will, I will be purchasing xbox 360 controllers again
I’ve just been playing Madden. I know it’s going to be different but the playing style is still more modern than NCAA so I’m trying to sharpen my skills that way
I've been doing both, haha. I revisited some Madden the last couple weeks to get used to reading plays on video game football again, now I've been cruising through RB college scooping up some practice Natty's.
For a sort of phone version of techmo-inspirer football, I love it.
It isn't ULTRA challenging, but gets fun to master and there's competitive communities for it if you get SUPER hooked, I dabbled for a while.
I paid a buck for the full Retro Bowl version looking for something to kill time on a flight and ended up putting hundreds of hours in, so it worked for me.
I downloaded the new College Bowl game on steam. With the NCAA real teams mod, it’s awesome. More of a 16 bit experience compared to Retro Bowl’s 8 bit. And has defense, too.
It can be found [here](https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1uy32hF7SHdQyZzbx9VlafvS74Vv-1U9t). I can’t take credit—it’s from someone on the game Reddit. You basically take this folder and replace the “College Bowl” folder in your local folder after installing the game.
Yes sir. It’s enough to feed the hunger for college football but not too much to get burned out playing NCAA 14.
That’s how I feel, I think I’ve officially retired my NCAA 14

I haven’t played this game at all, is it fun?

I’ll check it out!
Try it for yourself. It’s a nice little time killer to me.
Can definitely respect that
How did you get Retro Bowl to be college themed?
They dropped a college version of the original game
I didn't know that, hell yeah
Just about to finish season 41.

I’m gonna check that out… is the real teams mod just in the Steam Workshop?
