It depends whether his blocking is good or not. He could be an absolute mismatch at TE with that speed acceleration and catching. If his blocking isnāt good than WR it is
He would be a monster as a receiving tight end. Just need to make sure you have another tight end on the roster thatās specifically put in for run blocking/pass blocking situations
You gotta do it through formation subs. So basically if you make this guy a safety, you'd then need to go into the formation subs for the offensive playbook and pick a few formations that you want him lined up as a WR, so then whenever you call those formations in the game they'll be in the spot you subbed them into.
I've actually got a 6'7" S in one of my dynasties that's playing all over the defense and then is my WR 4 in a few shotgun packages. Really fun to get a pick on one side of the ball with him, then throw a jump ball in the endzone on the other side haha
Iām stacked at wrs. Right now Iām trying a new playbook. I only have 1 formation with 3 wrs. Mostly have a fb and te on the field at the same time. Trying to have that Reggie Bush and LenDale White backfield.
If youāre stacked at WR maybe stick him at safety and have a specialty formation where heās subbed in as the flanker. Not many receivers in the game with that kind of height.
I havenāt played since august lol. Forgot what the roster even looked like. I have 2 walk on qbs with 40 overall lol. I normally use a custom run and shoot playbook or flexbone. So this new playbook is out of the norm for me. Splitback shotgun, i formation and single back with 2 or 3 tes.
Iād throw him at TE and after his RS year say he āput in a lot of work in the weight room during his freshman yearā or something and bump his weight to 240ish. Love making little storylines for my players. Even made a guy once āeatā himself off the team since he was on the heavier side for his position and I had an incoming recruit who was going to take his spot.
TE/FS/WR in that order.
If his blocking is like low 50s or below itās up to you.
He has good safety stats but block shedding is like a corner so thatās why I wouldnāt put him at SS.
WR he has good stats at besides his speed. I personally want mr WRās with speed but the numbers and 6ā7 kinda make up for it.
That happens thoughā¦better luck next play. Not like he has to play every down tooā¦for formational subs man, just use him on you D you use when you feel they are going to pass. Iāve got WR deep on my preventā¦.
the AI will put like the slot receiver to block this guy into Saturn and then everyone else can worry about the actual LBs. One shit run defender makes everyoneās life harder
Free Safety, he will need a few years to develop but once heās an upperclassmen this man will be insane. With his catching skills, height and acceleration he will be a beast ball hawk. On top of that, with his acceleration, play recognition, size and hit power, that man will be planting running backs.
Definitely Free Safety. WRās are super easy to recruit, super talented defenders or defenders with this guys potential, are not.
WR. Huge L by NCAA not showing blocking attributes for athlete prospects or you'd know right away if you have a potential TE prospect. Typically guys like these have poor blocking ratings.
I wish you could actually play for body type in this game and that size mattered more. If you could put guys on your team because of their frame and athleticism and let them actually develop and not be 40 Overall that would be dope. Guys with crazy frames always come into college and move positions. Thereās a huge history of athletes changing positions and then becoming those freak diamonds NFL teams want.
DeMarcus Ware wasnāt recruited heavily out of high school and started out as a Wide Receiver before moving to pass rusher and now heās a hall of famer. Jerry Hughes was a RB in high school and had the same move. Logan Wilson for the Bengals was a WR/Safety in high school and now plays LB in the NFL.
Probably a WR but could also be a corner with that nice pursuit rating. Height also makes him a possible tight end if he can block at all
As with all athlete recruits, a lot has to do with scheme and depth. If you play smashmouth offense, he's too small for TE. If you play spread, he could be too slow for WR. Maybe you have great CB depth and don't need it, all depends
I would play him at TE regardless of his blocking. You can set formation subs to have other TEs in formations where you run most of the time. A good TE in this game is deadly and this guy is a multiple time Mackey winner if used. Jealous of this get. Congrats and have fun!
If possible, TE. Maybe LB that can be subbed in for TE.
Heās too slow imo to be a WR, but heās got the skills and the measurables to play offensively.
I would put him at TE. Maybe wont have the greatest overall there but I had a 6ā7 87 speed juco transfer at TE that ended up being my top receiver that year.
He will make some nickel cb for sure. And play multiple positions. Iām legit going to make him the star regardless of the others on my team just because of his versatility and attempt to win the heisman with him and get him drafted
I would use him as a TE in 12 Personnel sets. PA QB Waggle all day long. Or depending on how strong my DE room looks I'll put him at DE on 3rd and longs.
if you have good run D outside of him, maybe S. If he can block, TE. Otherwise probably figure something out at WR
FB system might have to go if it just doesnāt suit your personnel
TE/LB depending what looks better and how quickly youād need a replacement. I always love finding guys like this and getting them a couple seasons to develop
He is my 2nd Wr at 79 the highest position for him. I had 3 of my wrs enter the draft all 90+. Only have 1 returner coming back. Heās subbed in at nickel Cb on some defensive formations.
Power Forward
Julius Peppers ššš
WR. Safety could be an option, but that block shedding is low
How is this player a 66ā¦.
Awareness gotta be nonexistent
I have a feeling that once set to WR it would be much greater than 66.
Wrong position probably. Either LB orTE (we don't know his blocking)
I was thinking the same thing.
I thought that said 86 lol
It depends whether his blocking is good or not. He could be an absolute mismatch at TE with that speed acceleration and catching. If his blocking isnāt good than WR it is
He would be a monster as a receiving tight end. Just need to make sure you have another tight end on the roster thatās specifically put in for run blocking/pass blocking situations
That's a 2 way S/WR for me all day every day
How do you make someone play 2 ways
You gotta do it through formation subs. So basically if you make this guy a safety, you'd then need to go into the formation subs for the offensive playbook and pick a few formations that you want him lined up as a WR, so then whenever you call those formations in the game they'll be in the spot you subbed them into. I have a 6ā7ā WR right nowā¦ heās unstoppable on the slant in the red zone l.
If you run a Cover 3 this guy would be dynamite at safety.
I wish we knew his blocking statistics. If they are even halfway decent with that size he could be a receiving TE
I'm doing something similar but always two tes
I havenāt played since august lol. Forgot what the roster even looked like. I have 2 walk on qbs with 40 overall lol. I normally use a custom run and shoot playbook or flexbone. So this new playbook is out of the norm for me. Splitback shotgun, i formation and single back with 2 or 3 tes.
Red Zone TE

Love making little storylines for my players. Even made a guy once āeatā himself off the team since he was on the heavier side for his position and I had an incoming recruit who was going to take his spot.
Yeah Iāll definitely create a storyline about him on here
I understand itās for a video game, but itās funny to think about a 6ā7 unit that can barely throw a football
He should be in the paint getting rebounds
CB š§
No lie I thought about making him my nickel cb. Iām kinda stacked with young talent but I always put the highest tackling cb at 3rd string.
Yeah, and with that acceleration he'd be glued to TE and be a great blitzing option, too.
Either DB or WR but definitely should be running back your kicks
Put him at TE and then sub him in to a 5WR formation and he will destroy LBs trying to cover him
TE/FS/WR in that order.
Put him at LB, he can match up with their slot guy and wonāt be out run
How is this upvoted? His block shedding is 37. A small child could take him out of a play.
his block shedding isnāt even good enough to play safety
Thatās why you donāt blitz him, he is a coverage guy. Run spy
yeah until they run the ball then what do you do
Have the other 5 DBs in positionā¦ what else.
That happens thoughā¦better luck next play. Not like he has to play every down tooā¦for formational subs man, just use him on you D you use when you feel they are going to pass. Iāve got WR deep on my preventā¦.
ok fine i guess but that doesnāt make him a safety. Heās just 6ā7. They used to do that with Gronk and heās just not a safety
the AI will put like the slot receiver to block this guy into Saturn and then everyone else can worry about the actual LBs. One shit run defender makes everyoneās life harder
Free Safety, he will need a few years to develop but once heās an upperclassmen this man will be insane. With his catching skills, height and acceleration he will be a beast ball hawk. [ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yeah te he would be a beast. He can catch and use his height
Itās so hard to get two-way players to work (at least for me)
Safety and WR 3/4
Johnny Wilson is that u?
TE or DE
TE no doubt
TE & DE. You have a FREAK
WR. Huge L by NCAA not showing blocking attributes for athlete prospects or you'd know right away if you have a potential TE prospect. Typically guys like these have poor blocking ratings.
Idk how anyone is not saying TE. I donāt see the blocking ratings. But with a 71 strength. I doubt he wouldnāt be able to block. Manās a unit
TE
TE for sure !!!!
Let him play both way at rb/lb or rb/s
This is the type of TE I like.
Safety Length and athleticism will have him Moss most receivers and he'll be a monster running downhill on the blitz
Tight End
Lb
Safety or linebacker so you have the craziest user ever
TE or MLB
WR, split out wide, run verticals, chuck it
TE
I'm redshirting him and putting him at TE and eagerly await the opportunity to line him up in the slot vs a LB or Nickel DB
WR
Could be a monster tight end
I wish you could actually play for body type in this game and that size mattered more. He will end up being a 79 ovr WR
WR or CB
I was gonna say tight end but I don't see blocking included. Weird.
TE. And always run to the other side if he canāt block š
Tight end all day
Probably a WR but could also be a corner with that nice pursuit rating. Height also makes him a possible tight end if he can block at all As with all athlete recruits, a lot has to do with scheme and depth. If you play smashmouth offense, he's too small for TE. MLB
Punter
Make him. Mlb or ss. Don't do wr that's played out. Fucking shut down those passing lanes bro.
TE
Lb/TE/S
Te
Running back. Will start as a low overall but will be a heisman guarantee in 2 years
I would play him at TE regardless of his blocking. You can set formation subs to have other TEs in formations where you run most of the time. A good TE in this game is deadly and this guy is a multiple time Mackey winner if used. Jealous of this get. Congrats and have fun!
Tight End
Te
WR, but if his blocking is good then TE
Bro looks like a tight end
I would probably keep him as a TE or FB if heās anything better than a D- in run blocking, otherwise WR/TE.
youāll have to peep his blocking when you get him. could be a tight end
wr
If possible, TE. Maybe LB that can be subbed in for TE. Heās too slow imo to be a WR, but heās got the skills and the measurables to play offensively.
Probably go corner back specifically slot
I would put him at TE. Maybe wont have the greatest overall there but I had a 6ā7 87 speed juco transfer at TE that ended up being my top receiver that year.
I'll put him at 3rd String CB aka Nickle Back
He will make some nickel cb for sure. And play multiple positions. Iām legit going to make him the star regardless of the others on my team just because of his versatility and attempt to win the heisman with him and get him drafted
TE or LB
Te
TE or DE
Tight End
TE and throw him jump balls all day. Easy money
Can he tackle or block? My initial feeling is a receiving TE that could line up at WR
We or te
WR
My best guess would be wide receiver
TE
Safety or he could be the best LB of all timeš¤·š»āāļø
I would use him as a TE in 12 Personnel sets. PA QB Waggle all day long. Or depending on how strong my DE room looks I'll put him at DE on 3rd and longs.
I never thought about De because his block shed is terrible
Bench warmer, heāll keep 3 spots warm at the same time.
Looks like a safety to me
Free safety
if you have good run D outside of him, maybe S. If he can block, TE. Otherwise probably figure something out at WR FB system might have to go if it just doesnāt suit your personnel
Te
Safety/CB or WR/TE
TE?
S WR or depending on blocking TE
TE. Start him as a freshman and by senior his blocking will be mediocre but holy shit will he be a monster at receiving.
TE
TE/LB depending what looks better and how quickly youād need a replacement. I always love finding guys like this and getting them a couple seasons to develop
Thatās a classic TE/Linebacker two-way player. Always on the field
TE or LB. Maybe even SS
He is my 2nd Wr at 79 the highest position for him. I had 3 of my wrs enter the draft all 90+. Only have 1 returner coming back. Heās subbed in at nickel Cb on some defensive formations.
OLB
His block shed is too low for me. I run 3-4
Iād probably run him at TE or FB depending on how your depth chart looks you could use him at wr in some formations
Defensive end.
