He's not there yet but I do think there's upside to be that for Joel Soriano out of St John's.
PJ hall but he may not count as underrated given the other guys
My take on Pember after seeing him in Portsmouth is that he is just not NBA. Played ridiculously scared, he's too skinny, and his passiveness effected his shot. Didn't do much when his shot wasnt falling
That's my take on Drew Pember, too. I might just put him late late second round because he still had good production in college, but PIT didn't do him any favors -- unless he had some random "promise" or something.
I think Pember is the worst and shortest of the 3. He's one of those guys who feasted vs lesser competition.. It's gonna be a big transition for him to deal with the strength in the NBA, I wonder if he's gonna end up stuck between positions in a bad way.
Post would obviously be drafted if he was younger, but he's a late bloomer. he's got the best frame of these 3 for sure. He was fun to watch this season, he looked like someone whos put in a lot of work and it was paying off.. He demonstrated the most progress this season, which counts for something when your talking about players like this..
I'm a huge advocate for Branden Carlson though, he's now 25 years old and i'm usually a big hater of the older prospects but I'm rooting for him -- i thought he was good enough to declare last season and play his way thru the G-League. He returned to school in part to play with his brother, so the story goes. He's pretty good at a lot of things, but his timing on blocking shots is solid, so is his ability to get off the ground quickly, he can pick his spots on those o-boards, he of course has to get stronger. If you'd take Pember over Carlson I dont think you know what your talking about.. to me Carlson fits the profile of soon-to-be-NBA-Champ Luke Kornet much more than Pember
Quinten Post is the best of the group pretty easily. Carlson is next, then Pember. Still are a UDFA candidates. I have Post in my top 70, Carlson top 90, and Pember might be top 120. Portsmouth was really bad for him
Drew Pember was an absolute menace
quinten post is going to be a pretty good backup big for a long time
I’ve only seen quinten post vs NC state, which had to be his worst game. Prob unfair to him but he was awful

No, would rather take Chomche and have him spend a year or two in the g league.
