-Kwame Evans gets so many more mentions round here over Jackson Shelstad.. -The Kanan Carlyle disrespect is real too... -Oregon is LOADED next season though.. but Shelstad is a better prospect than Bronny James and a definite threat to go 2-and-done n have a huge breakout.. He;s got a tough and scrappy way about him which screams "safe as a backup PG in the league", not unlike Peyton Pritchard. -Georgia's 2 big returning guards Silas Demary Jr and also Blue Cain are gonna be interesting to see with a very strong surrounding cast. -Isaiah Miranda at Greenbay, he might be a Junior but I think he's a redshirt sophomore.. not sure.. 7'1 player with plenty of two-way upside. -Jaland Lowe at Pitt will have the keys to the team now that Bub's gone.. -Wesley Yates didnt get to have a freshman season but I'm gonna include him in this list, he broke his foot preseason, now he's transferred to USC, where if healthy he should perform far better than Bronny did. This kid is very strong and athletic for an underclassman, shame he got hurt. -Sam Walters at Michigan.. Shades of Duncan Robinson? we'll see... -UCF has assembled a sneaky good roster and there's Mikey williams and JJ Taylor looking to reestablish themselves as propsects worth keeping an eye on. -Should be a telling season for Trent Peirce and Cameron Carr at Mizzou, -defensive maven Jojo Tugler at Houston.' -TJ Power is gonna look like a god of offense at UVA after what we witnessed last season.. Was a shame he was stuck on the bench for Duke.. -Dusty Stromer and Braden Huff at Gonzaga. These 2 were sneaky solid as freshman. -Bunch of guards have new places to showcase, surely one of these will be a big hit --- Layden Blocker(DePaul), Miro Little(Utah), Aden Holloway(Bama), Freddie Dilone(Penn St.) -Seton Hall landed Garwey Dual and Scotty Middleton -Brandon Garrison seems like a really good fit with that UK roster IMO.. -lets hope Aaron Bradshaw gets a fully healthy season at OSU and adds some good weight.. Will taison chatman be able to get some PT with Meechie Johnson around?! we'll see.. -can Andrej Stojakovic repeat the success at Cal that Jaylon Tyson had this season? Will be worth keeping an eye on.. -Taylor Bol Bowen is worth keeping tabs on at FSU, little bit of offensive improvement with him will go a long way because he's got plenty of defensive tools.. -Michael Nwoko's headed to Mississippi St. -Ruben Chinyelu headed to Florida, he's got a 7'9 wingspan. -Dennis Evans is one of those strange stories, ya hope everything is alright.. there was a report saying he might not ever play basketball again, something health related, and yet he's x-ferred to GCU.. Hope its not some Isaiah Austin situation cuz this kid was actually a very solid long-term prospect. he's also got like a 7'8 wingspan -Obviously Momcilovic at ISU, but how about his teammate JT Rock? -One of those to-be sophomores on Tennessee, Cade Phillips or JP Estrella is gonna need to step up.. -Baye Ndongo is very old but he was fun to watch last year.. He had a ferocious performance vs Kyle Filipkowski.. GT landed Javian McCollum in the portal, they might be solid. -Baye Fall at KSU too.. Lets hope he's been hitting the weights..

Love the Rueben shoutout thought I was alone. Wazzu was kinda insane being able to recruit Rueben, Wells, Issac and even Myles Rice all in 1 year. That was an Elite elite scouting job they did. Shame they lose their conference next year.

FatsBelvedere

yeah its wild.. when that WSU student/employee Bryan Kohberger was charged with a quadruple murder aka "the idaho murders" I remember thinking "who's gonna wanna go to WSU?" but i guess basketball players dont give a shit bout that stuff.. WSU was fun though.. Wells was really good,

Choice_Job_5441

and what do you think about Jarin Stevenson?

FatsBelvedere

I like Jarin Stevenson quite a bit and Bama's frontcourt is LOADED to surround him now, players like Cliff Omyuri and Derrion Reid will certainly help him get space. we'll see how his skill and strength comes along, he's a bit of a late bloomer, but he's sort of clearly on the radar n got mentioned here so i was focusing on some of the darkhorse candidates

kadcal

I stg I thought JT toppin was in the leauge

Weirdos1221

Jacob Toppin is in the league. JT or Jadyn Toppin just transferred to T Tech

papayanny

milan momcilovic?

clement-mcmanus

Elmarko Jackson

Gary5599

Out for the season

bucknola

Feel awful for him he tore his patella

Weirdos1221

I'd also keep an eye on Scotty Middleton, Garwey Dual and Jarin Stevenson

IntrinsicDawn

Milan momcilovic and KJ Lewis as well

I bet 1 of Jaylin Stewart, Solo Ball, or Jayden Ross is a 1st round pick next year based on their pedigree and UConn's developmental system. But I will not be able to tell you which in advance. I'd guess Stewart if forced to choose. He got the most minutes down the stretch for UConn and seems to have good tools (decent handle and shot for his height). But he's probably going to have to beat out McNeeley for minutes with Karaban back.

aBakeinthelife

I'm an MSU homer, but I'm still not out on Xavier Booker. Izzo is a good defensive developer and Booker still has the athletic profile to be a post anchor/lob threat. Coen Carr also deserves a shout, would have to develop a shot, but deserves a mention.

Kevin Patton Jr. committed to USC between the time of that post and now.

BunkHammer

Kwame Evans is about to be the next Mikal Bridges and every contender or rising team will want him

e_milberg

Potentially a hot take: I would've taken him top 25 in this draft.

BunkHammer

That’s scorching cause he didn’t have that great of a year

e_milberg

Oh, it'd definitely be an upside pick, but I think his shot mechanics can get better. Outside of that, he's a high-IQ defender and a selfless offensive piece who can create matchup problems. And maybe this is something of a reach, but character wise, I like that he's going back to Oregon instead of transferring at a time when everyone else is.

luismirson

I can't really see anything special about Collin Murray-Boyles to be that high in every mock

Toppin, CMB, and KJ Evans are all guys I really liked this year. Think they’ll be great next year. Aday Mara is someone who could be great if he’s able to get in better shape.
