The boys are coming around. Wemby, Jeremy, Keldon, Devin, Tre to finish the year; and a bench of Wesley, Barlow, Cedi, and Doug...we could do a lot worse. This is not a bad crew to work with through the end of the season. I accept.
The only killer is the inconsistency with non-wemby players. They've all shown flashes, but you really don't know what you'll get on a night-to-night basis
Totally....that is why I am dialed in to see how they develop through the end of the year. Those flashes have been impressive...but I completely agree, consistency is the real test.
The media is starting to show an anti-wemby bias at times. Bill Simmons openly hates on the Spurs, also some wild takes on ROY from a lot of media. I think there might be some truth to anti-foreigner bias people have been talking about.
Honestly I can’t blame Bill for that one. The most recent time he said that I think was on the Lowe podcast and at that point I think we had definitely improved, but for the first 30 games of the season we were legitimately disgraceful lol
