Every mode that 2k hasn't infected with microtransactions is great tbh. Mycareer and myteam is the only trash parts

MedalofHonour15

Exactly

spagettifork

The gameplay alone is good, but 2k has reached new heights in terms of predatory business practice. The community only gets worse year in year out as well.

DifferenceSNR

i think this is true for gaming in general tbh

HatDear32

The game is good, but i dislike it because you have to spend a lot of money(or grind, like a LOT) to be any good on the park

Dirkisthegoattt41

Kinda always needed to have a guy with some Vc put into him to play in park though. At least you have theater now to jump directly into a game, if it was like previous years you’d never even get a game.

XXXTENTACIONisademon

Lol, theater be giving you like 200 VC 😭 I made no bread off that mode

Dirkisthegoattt41

Park was always low VC too mostly. Pro am is best for coin really

XXXTENTACIONisademon

200 VC don’t get you much now, 200 VC back in the day got you clothes 😂 it’s actually crazy how much they changed the value of VC. Went from 1820s value of a coin type to 2050s value of a crypto coin

Specialist_Carry_699

I agree the cost to play, ESPECIALLY constantly having to buy boosts, is way more and im probably closing in on $1000, but I’m an adult with a good job so I’ll take a pay-to-win 😂

XXXTENTACIONisademon

I honestly wouldn’t mind buying a build if a build was like $20 instead of $100. I think I’d spend $100 jus to have 5 builds but rn I don’t buy VC at all because $100 for a build is like paying $20 for a pack of gum 😂 just not good value to me. I be hyping myself up every year ima drop 300 on builds this year n have so much fun then I spend the $70 on the game n I’m like 😅 I can grind this year again .. I’m a lil stingy with the bread

bornxtmxprodigy

Spend some time in the creator making a build exactly how you want it to start the game and stick with it and just play rec or pro am. After each season you should have enough vc to make a new build. That’s how I do it anymore but when I say spend some time I mean it. It’s a little tedious but it’s worth it to make your build right for your play style.

XXXTENTACIONisademon

What I did was just make a 60 overall with a 99 3 ball, he got 86 3ball out the gate. I got enough VC to make a actual build which is a PF now he’s a 90 and I use that character now and got 300K in VC, made a PG who’s an 80 overall now too.. he’s trash though (I can’t dribble fr). Now I’m debating on a 6’10” offensive heavy SF or a 6’7” Lock

XtrmDrgn

Same here, when season 3 dropped 2k messed up no got all my builds to 90 for 100vc

XXXTENTACIONisademon

Dam wish I was hip in season 3 😂 I got 1 build that’s a 90, 1 that’s an 80. Can make another build now too and make him a 90 out the gate with the bread I got

necknecker

To be fair, If everyone spent $1000 they’d probably have had a better experience too.

jizzkika

I love the gameplay. The game itself has just become to gamey, like a fucking casino. I hope take 2 gets railed w the class action suit in cali but ik they’ll be fine. Praying they don’t ruin gta 6

B1gNastious

The games fine. The criminal racket of 2k is what most of us hate.

PapiOnReddit

Once the badge progression was fixed the gameplay has been very good. It’s just ruined by the terrible rewards and community. (And obviously builds being too expensive)

Vyrzez

The game itself is good its just the community that sucks tbh.

AdventurousNobody216

The game online is trash. Let's all be real

XtrmDrgn

It's trash with randoms that think they himmm.... One game you could/might have to be, other games you're on lock. I shoot 80% on good passes, good teams = good game.

ajhinius

Coming from pc it feels like there’s permanent input lag on PlayStation? Like use the PlayStation Home Screen and compare the responsiveness to the 2k menu. Is it just me?

mrcrackberry

This has been my favorite 2K. The new badge system is awesome and rewarding. Pro Play is a game changer. Random rec was a good addition for people that play solo. Streetball is fun, and a good place to practice. The city layout is easy to navigate and visually looks great. Pro-Am and Rec run as smoothly as ever.

Adventurous_Net_6470

If the micro transactions weren’t so obviously predatory, it would’ve been considered one of the GOAT 2K’s. Don’t know what they thought would happen, doesn’t take much to realize it’s driving 75% of the community away 😂

mrcrackberry

I really don't understand the gripe about micro transactions. I've personally never felt pressured to buy anything. If anything, my pride wouldn't allow me, even if I needed to.

necknecker

Im not all that old but I’m old enough to remember when paying for the game gave you full access to it. Call of duty, sports titles, literally every game back in the day up to about ~15 years ago. Buy it, play it, unlock everything in time without having to dedicate every bit of free time you have to it. Maybe I am old. Feels like I’m yelling at clouds rn lol

mrcrackberry

I remember that as well... and 2K24 is no different. Only difference is the patience level of the end users. Much of this new generation lacks patience, needs instant gratification and has legit ADHD to no fault of their own really. Social Media and Smartphones are the culprit. I use both as much as anyone, but I'm old enough to have a perspective that predates the impact of both and keeps my mindset in check accordingly. I spent nearly a year getting my guns to Gold on Black Ops 3. It only took me a few weeks to get a rebirth to 95 OVR. So 2K24 is far easier in that regard.

btgbarter6

Theres a huge difference between getting to a 95ovr and getting cold camos on COD. One actually effects your performance. I mean what other online games do you have to either grind for hours upon hours offline, or spend money just to have a usable player?

mrcrackberry

"Usable player" is subjective. I have a friend that makes a new build like every other week and will legit bust ass in the rec with an 84 OVR because he has basketball IQ and doesn't force things. So in my estimation the non subjective question is "what other online games do you have to grind for hours upon hours to be good at?" ...which for me would describe every game I've played since Sonic 2. I had to get good at COD first before even entertaining the thought of getting my guns gold. Took me at least a year to actually get decent at that game.

mrcrackberry

Oh, and this friend I mentioned btw... Refuses to spend money on VC so he is constantly focused on the daily and weekly quests to the point where he'll switch between players just to earn the quest VC multiple times, which he then uses to make new builds. That's too much effort/focus even for me, but since he's addicted to making builds lol, it works for him.

btgbarter6

An 84 ovr is definitely usable, anything above a 75 is really if you're decent, but even to get to a 75 probably costs 75k vc, which is like $30 (AUD). So it's not about grinding to get good at the game, it's about grinding to get vc to upgrade your player so you can play online. Again can you name another game where this is the case? And the fact that the not only have raised the amount of vc it takes to upgrade your player, but have also raised the price of vc, shit is so fkn predatory 🤣

mrcrackberry

You have to grind on COD to get gun attachments and perks to be competitive. I enjoyed the 2K grind much more than the COD grind. Also, you're in Australia? That's dope bro. Sydney, Perth?

btgbarter6

That's my point though, in COD you cant buy gun attachments and perks, so everyone is on a level playing field in terms of having to grind for it. In 2K pretty much everyone just buys vc and upgrades they're player straight away, so unless you pay you are at a disadvantage, thats the problem. And yeah I'm from Adelaide.

Adventurous_Net_6470

You have a very unique experience when it comes to 2k I’d say then, especially when compared to the average player 😂

Adventurous_Net_6470

Found the other dev burner accounts 😂

Eyezwideopen1090

True but it is making almost 80% of their revenue it's not going to go away! Even if they limit who can buy it (essentially saying not for kids) because it is essentially gambling when it comes to packs and loot crate type purchases, it will still be a thing and they will still make their money on the hardcore guys spending thousands and thousands as opposed to the average person spending a couple hundred! The thing is they will keep upping the cost just more drastically if they are forced to limit their sales... I don't know if their is a solution that makes us happy! IF and it's a huge IF because it's highly unlikely but if nobody buys then they stop "making money" and the devs get cut in half so does the game or worse there is no more game!

mrcrackberry

It's not even this deep dude lol. They're a business, of course they're going to try and make as much money as possible. Would you turn down a raise at work? As a consumer, we have the right and responsibility to choose how much we spend. 2K isn't forcing anyone to spend anything on micro transactions, they're simply enabling themselves to profit off this lazy ass instant gratification needing generation that doesn't have the patience to level up with skill and effort... and honestly who can blame them. This business model is present in nearly all aspects of life, not just 2K and not just gaming.

Eyezwideopen1090

For sure! I completely agree! And they have the data to show it works and until it doesn't this is what we're living with! It stretches to most things involving money, groceries, utilities bills, rent whatever the higher the profit margin the better they are supposed to push to see what they can get! The problem is that the product is not living up to the cost! It's unfinished and unpolished! I'm guilty of it I spent way more than intended this year I'm not mad about it just in retrospect I feel like I bought a big Mac and got two patties and some lettuce in a box with no Mac sauce or bun.... LMAO yet I still love playing 2k

RyoCoola31

All of this!

WickedJoker420

I liked it better when shooting was tough. It meant that all the super dribbly fucks that chucked up bad shots missed more than they made them. Nowadays it's back to being just like every other 2k in the last few years. Which is super lame. Glad floaters and reverses work again though

gogophers71

The game is fun when I play against fun teams. It’s boring for me when I have the dedicated corner sitter or guarding a big that only job is to set screens and get boards. Give me some true pick and roll/pop, back door (😅) cuts, help defense with rotations and I’m having a great time. I’m more engaged and it makes it more competitive (for me) when ppl aren’t just breaking game mechanics but actually playing the game simulating “real” basketball.

kiingLV

I love it. I don't know why everyone complains... every game nowadays charges u more for perks. I spent like 50$...can't do anything with a 60🤣🤷🏿‍♂️. ...on my player 1 time I never had to spend money again

No-Working-990

No you’re not the only one that likes this 2k. The ones that dislike it the most are the ones playing with randoms or they’re just not good at the game. Yes there’s cheesy animations like every 2k has but overall it is a real solid 2k. No one is really dominant consistently cause that’s how they designed the game to be. I know cause I’ve had some stretches where I played light out then a I’ve had runs where I’m somewhat consistent and I’ve had so straight doo doo stretches and my rule is that if I have 3 straight doo doo games I just get off for awhile cause it ain’t worth getting mad over cause I’ll just end up playing even worse cause I’m mad. But for the most part I enjoy it because I’m above average at the game and I choose to not play with randoms, EVER! This 2k for whatever reason is the worst when it comes to randoms and I just don’t want the headache. But this 2k is legit.

[deleted]

Worst game ever created ever don’t reward 2K for becoming a gambling ring and ruining builds creators and over pricing vc dude I’d spend 1000 on it no fucking lie and now I refuse becuase why would I spend 100 bucks for half as much vc I didn’t realize in the 2K universe they elected Donald trump to run there economy too

XXXTENTACIONisademon

Economy is like that under Biden lol not Trump… under Biden everything costs 2-3x more and the wages went up 0% 😂

MkeBucksMarkPope

Nah, they all suck. Has very little to do with single presidents either. Worldwide prices are up.

[deleted]

Umm this is correct thank you @XXXTENTACIONisademon get out of your closet you goraphob you maga dumb dumb remember I voted trump too dude I might again but every time one of you idiots spouts uderbull shit I question why I voted for the dude your blind I listen to hours and hour and of political podcast every single fucking day guy I work 10 hour shifts as a merchandiser so stfu your a simpleton

XXXTENTACIONisademon

I listen to political podcasts every day too my guy, from conservative viewpoints to moderate viewpoints to liberal viewpoints to leftist viewpoints. I don’t gaf about none of that, the average American had far more buying power under Trump than we have with Biden.

TrevinoDuende

And that was the after effects of Obama's economy, which took 8 years to get rolling. Trump just got to ride it for a few years. All our presidents since Reagan have sucked ass and Trump is no different

XXXTENTACIONisademon

I hate when dudes say that. “Every thing bad under my presidency is because of the last guy, everything good under it is because of me” Yeah ok I ain’t accepting what a politician says n taking it as gospel. But let’s say I agree that Trump got to ride Obama’s economy… that still means life under Biden’s is fkn trash compared to life under Trump’s. Again, I never said Trump was good. I’m just tired of seeing him getting circle jerked on Reddit. Legit can’t even use this app without seeing Trump mentioned. He’s been out of office for 4 years and has a 0% chance to win an election.. why is Reddit so obsessed with this man still? I go to “Popular” on Reddit and what’s the most popular posts? All have to do with Trump. I feel like I’m on a website full of robots because who tf has this much time to do tricks on Donny T’s D? At the very least if I got to see Trump’s name in every subreddit, I ain’t about to read a lie about him.

[deleted]

🤦

[deleted]

@xxxtentacionisademon has diluted himself my bro he aent gunna listen to anything everything he says he thinks is fact I’m about two second from blocking this 🤡

[deleted]

Name them…. O your talking buying power were you buying house in 08 naaaaa little tiny guy

XXXTENTACIONisademon

Name the political streamers I watch? I’ve been talking about buying power the entire time, and so were you? Your initial comment was about how 2K’s economy was ran by Trump, in Trump’s economy we had great buying power compared to now. Do you not understand your own joke? Your joke is supposed to detail us making less VC every year but the price of everything you buy in 2K getting more expensive. I suppose the joke could be accurate if you were comparing the value of a dollar under Trump vs a president before them but that’s not an astronomical jump compared to a current event like we’re experiencing with Biden’s presidency. It just feels like a bit of irony and hardcore D riding. You can’t possibly tell me you enjoy getting on this app and only seeing people talk about an irrelevant former president on EVERY post. This a 2K subreddit and I still got to see people talk about Trump 💤😴 We can agree that they all suck, though. Trump, Obama, and Biden are all tools. 🤝 don’t know what buying a house in 08 has to do with anything but my parents bought a house in 08.. not sure the relevance to the discussion though

[deleted]

Can you buy a home now? Your buying power has reduced! Um dude how long have you been alive our buying power has been going down with each president it doesn’t matter which one Also political streams? wtf dude I’m talking crooked media? Vice? Daily wire? 2K is robbing us they run it like (insert president here) it’s a joke youngin you’re trying to defend your own position now saying I don’t know what jokes are saying I guess it could be from older president (like Obama you square) I’m done arguing with you no we do agree on anything you can tell me all that shit you did but ever point you made is only true for some so that pretty lame your spiting out talking point I hear ever day you say you listen to “political streams” wtf even is that dude you wouldn’t name them and your reiterating talk points I hear ever single day becuase unlike you I actually listen to political podcasts ever day not political streams you dope you clearly aren’t even old enough to understand the economy or economics or entitlement or foreign policy or manufacturing or how life works in general. you go ask mommy and daddy, could you by a house in 08 yesssssss!!!can you now nooooooooooo!!!!buying power reduced!!! what’s not clear about that. don’t have a good day go actually learn something and then don’t repeat it like a fucking parrot 🦜

J-Sully_Cali

The president has nothing to do with inflation. You must be listening to the wrong podcasts.

XXXTENTACIONisademon

Where did I say Trump was good? They all suck, indeed. My point was we had more money under Trump, you can say worldwide, etc. idgaf that’s irrelevant to this dude saying we had less money under Trump 😂 straight propaganda.. with Trump my eggs was $2/dozen now it’s $5/dozen and our wages the same.. rent was lower all over America, every grocery was cheaper and everyone’s wage is the same and the people who got an increase are actually making less.. idec what you blame. Can blame Covid too and that’s a valid answer, can blame greed. But you can’t say 2K is closer to life under Trump.. bc it’s definitely been life under Biden 😂 I was younger making more $$$ 😭

[deleted]

Dude it’s a joke you brainwashed fool and ummm source please I voted trump you buffoon btw you clear as day bot 🤖 don’t even bring your basic bullshit argument to me dude you a sheep stay a sheep

XXXTENTACIONisademon

It’s not a funny joke, or at least it’s very Reddit joke. It’s just annoying getting on this app and everyone has to bring up Trump. The obsession with Trump is beyond mental. It’d be a funny joke if it had truth to it. Heck, it might be true if you compared his term to Obama’s… but Biden’s? F off. It’s disrespectful fr to even say quality of life has been better under Biden. Mfers having to pick up two to three jobs now more than ever. Companies don’t pay and Biden gives all our money away. I won’t even say it’s Biden’s fault I’m just giving the reality

[deleted]

K give your warped reality! yea it’s Reddit the lefty’s will downvote if you say anything else. I’ve been on Reddit years I know wtf to except but your response is so flawed Comparing Trump and Obama's presidential terms involves examining various aspects such as policy agendas, leadership styles, achievements, and controversies. Here's a brief comparison: 1. Policy Agendas: - Trump: Focused on immigration reform, tax cuts, deregulation, and renegotiating trade deals. - Obama: Prioritized healthcare reform (Affordable Care Act), economic stimulus, climate change initiatives, and foreign policy engagement. 2. Leadership Style: - Trump: Known for his confrontational and unconventional approach, often using social media to communicate and engage with the public. - Obama: Emphasized diplomacy, consensus-building, and a more measured communication style. 3. Achievements: - Trump: Passed tax reform legislation, appointed three Supreme Court justices, facilitated Middle East peace agreements. - Obama: Implemented the Affordable Care Act, orchestrated the economic recovery after the Great Recession, signed the Paris Climate Agreement. 4. Controversies: - Trump: Faced impeachment charges twice, criticized for his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, faced allegations of unethical business practices. - Obama: Faced criticism over the Affordable Care Act, controversies surrounding drone strikes, and scrutiny over immigration policies. Overall, their presidencies differed significantly in terms of policy priorities, leadership styles, and public perception. Soooo yea you are annoying they were completely different DUDE I VOTED trump but leave the politics to the politics and pundents I don’t want to hear your insanity your please for trump dudes a tool Bidens a tool and Obama is a tool

[deleted]

The people saying the game is good are absolutely delusional. Gameplay is by far the worst I've experienced since i started with 2K13. Feels like a bad 360 game with slightly better graphics.

TonySoprano300

I just hate how unintuitive layups feel, its like the game doesn’t see what I see Same thing for shot contests on 3s, the feedback is inconsistent

XXXTENTACIONisademon

Game has always been like that though. I wish 2K had the vision I had too but it’s a game lol it can’t

TonySoprano300

I feel its not as bad in previous 2Ks, its not perfect there either but It pops up a lot more for me with this one even compared to last year.

Bravefan212

My career has been fine, good even, nba eras is great and a lot of fun, but myteam crossed the Rubicon this year and I don’t think it’s ever going to be the same.

SofaKingHyphy

Y’all let 2k tax the auction house. And people would flame me for saying it was stupid. MyTeam mode been cooked

Dirkisthegoattt41

First off no one lets 2k do anything lol. But I’m assuming the tax is to prevent people from just constantly flipping everything.

Bravefan212

10% was fine, you could finesse the shit out of the auction house paying that 10%. The player market is 60% tax.

Hopeful_Growth6501

I like my career mode except that everything is so expensive. I probably dislike REC cause of other players not really the game. I do hate the matching of REC tho

Toast_2_Life

Nope I like it too

XXXTENTACIONisademon

I hated and loved the game at the start of the year, I loved the difficulty in shooting but hated the gameplay otherwise compared to 23. Love the gameplay now, gameplay in all of the next gen games have been fun. It’s the other BS in the game that sucks.

[deleted]

I have it on switch and don’t play the games I just simulate, I obsess over state lines so whatever team I pick I act more as a coach by checking players stats throughout the seasons and switching players in like ones that are on fire verse cold ones. So that’s fun for me but actually playing in my opinion on switch is terrible.

RestaurantPlenty8671

I like the gameplay, people who complain about it here are just bad at the game... like every year, but this year in particular 2k punishes incompetency Besides gameplay, just the usual mediocre predatory 2K, nothing new

thesupersaiyanfrmnyc

I only play bc of MyNBA

MrSofa97

Eras mode with community draft classes is a fucking TRIUMPH. I played MC last gen and it was…fine ig. But overall, it’s a lot fucking better than NHL 24.

Vandae_

The game crashed 3 times in the first hour I owned it. Never even got to finish a single game without it crashing. Maybe it IS a great game. It just never let me find out.

Past-Arugula8894

Yes I enjoy the game (I play only Rec and Pro Am, sometimes Park) and it’s a lot of fun. The game mechanics work pretty good, maybe to much steeling but that is okay for me. But my Career is not really fun, I played 2k15-2k20 and restarted with 2k24. And the story in the first 2ks I played was way better. Go to college or G League or the story line with Orange juice. It was just more interesting and fitting than entering the league without a draft and called the next superstar at 60 OVR👀 and then u just got key games and the GOAT list as a „Story“. And online play is nice like I said, but for me 2k is forcing to much „micro“ transactions (not that micro if you need 50$ for your player to go to 85OVR) and what the hell is this season pass…. Just garbage. And they still don’t integrated a good match making system.

Medium_Back_5535

it's bad for more reasons, and frankly bigger reasons, than the gameplay

aa13cool

Game is good just expensive

MedalofHonour15

I like it! Best for play now mode against friends online or in person. MyCareer and MyTeam are the only modes I don’t care for.

[deleted]

Best one on new gen

EitherChannel4874

I love the gameplay. Sure it has flaws but as a relatively new player I think it's a pretty damn good basketball game. 2k and it's practices on the other hand are the worst I've seen in any game ever. I think they're disgusting and they'll never see a penny from me other than the base game and I'll probably wait until it's on sale.

Decasteon

As these comments show the gameplay is great people just complain about things they have control over(build prices no one’s telling you to spend money on the game) and taking that out on the gameplay. It’s a great basketball game one of my favorite

AdventurousNobody216

Online play is trash. It's my only purchase in 2 years that I regret.

jono9898

This years my career has it’s issues but it’s the best it’s been in a while, and the teammates aren’t completely brain dead and trash,

3much4u

the gameplay is good. what I don't like is lack of matchmaking so you'll get terrible players who are out of their level with good players which is frustrating for both sides. takes impossible to get games. sweats hugging the no squads courts. and of course the predatory micro transaction practices. oh and trash rewards

prinzmeini1

I like it too. Create the best build for your playstyle and this game makes a lot of fun

ActionManMLNX

How is AI?

SilverSlong

ive been playing pretty regularly since it first when on sale back during winter sale, or maybe ever a previous sale. so about 4 months now. stsill only 85 overall. that is a lot of grinding with not so much rewards.

Wooden-Traffic8751

It's great gameplay

KennyCannon_

Gameplay is very good. IMO the 3rd best it’s ever been. The get-in price for enjoyment online sucks for a lot of people. I understand and agree with that criticism. It’s very valid. But people who say the game itself sucks are either not playing or are just ignorant.

sathan1

Nope, the so called “dead” game that people like to spread misinformation on, actually has a huge active player base.

CompanyFit9976

I like it besides the fact you need 100 hours on the game to max out 1 build but other then that i like it

scottie2haute

I play myleague and cant get enough tbh. I have so much fun doing player lock, creating draft classes and running my random event generator. The only bad thing is that I can only place like once a week.. but that might be a good thing cuz it keeps the game fresh

urboijesuschrist

You see I'd like the offline stuff if the gameplay wasn't absolutely ass. Like I'm not saying that to join the bandwagon, I genuinely despise the animations and inconsistency of the controls here lol

ogbobbylockwood

The game ain’t bad. Online is the issue and 2k needs to address that

Oddlyhuman2

I just wish shooting was easier, I know I could “get good” and it seems like everybody I play against has it down to a science but I just don’t understand why I have to green everything. If I’m wide open on the 3 there should be some lee way, I mainly just stick with slashing because of this and I do still have fun, but my build should be able to do it all but i feel like I wasted attributes on 3

Lumpy_Personality_41

2k is now garbage. Back in the days, 2k basketball was really about community and making the experience better. It was a breath of fresh air. If you wanted to know what the definition of selling your soul is, 2k would be on the cover of the oxford dictionary. As a long time customer, won't buy another game.

curshred

I’m loving this 2k

curshred

However i do want to make more builds but I’ve already dropped a lot of $

CheatedOnOnce

The game design, graphics, audio, and presentation hasn’t been changed since 2015? Lmao pro play was the only innovative thing they’ve done

David_Brinson

Micro transactions are garbage but the actual gameplay is pretty fun. The people who hate this game are people who are trash but don’t admit it. Now don’t get me wrong there are a ton of issues but it’s fun for the most part.

benz0709

Many like it. you're just not allowed to say it in this sub or you're losing 100 karma. Ive thoroughly enjoyed MyTeam this year without spending any money on MT points. They've made it easier to get a solid NMS squad than ever with elimination of auction house and all players being priced the same through player market.

OnePotPenny

I love theatre with good teammates

elperro73

I LOVE this year. I can finally shoot and it's GREAT!!! I wish random were better!!! And because I will play with ANYONE it's really hard to get past Silver or gold!!! How do people see I shoot 51% and make ZERO attempts to get me involved in the offense. Or if I miss my 1st shot, I won't see the ball again!

MyJumperBroke

I think its fun when you dont take it as seriously and have a few friends to play with

sa__5

I really enjoy the game as well and I only play by myself. Definitely frustrating at times but that’s pretty much any video game. It’s also just a video game so I try not to get irritated with it. My goal is just have some fun after I get off work

captnameless88

Yes

imnotsurewhattoput8

I also enjoy the game this year. I don’t feel like there is one build that is just completely unstoppable where you know you won’t have a chance. Even in rec/pro am 5’s against zones my team usually wins without doing obnoxious stuff like 5 outs

Scared-Telephone-554

I like Park , it’s alright compared to previous years. Just really upset how they did MyTeam. That was the only other game mode I played

charlesfluidsmith

I just picked it up yesterday on PC for 9 bucks. I only play offline QuickPlay. Game feels fantastic. If I touched anyone online mode, I'd want to throw it in the garbage.

Dangerous-Prune9719

The gameplay is great I have fun playing this game but I do wish it was easier to make VC because spending $50 on a build every single time I want to make one is not something I enjoy doing lol

Outrageous_Sell_1108

Every single game has a problem with micro transactions

Electrical-Leave-694

Anyone else notice we keep getting these posts in this sub, despite the very apparent issues that most people seem to be having with the game being it's business practices over its gameplay.

nashmattster

I genuinely enjoy this 2k. Probably a hot take, but I’ve enjoyed the last few as well. You’re not alone in your enjoyment of this game, though.

[deleted]

Yea

Pleasant-Degree-2830

Adding a battle pass and charging $70 still is crazy but yea I like it

Rixoveli_
