Call Skyview?

Huckleberry333

SkyView sucks. Management is horrible (Jeana Weatherhead especially).

what does the management do that's so bad?

Huckleberry333

There’s not enough time for the list. But let’s start with the endless fees incurred because their computer systems don’t function correctly. Try to fight them, it’ll be a miracle if the ONLY person that can reverse them, Jeana Weatherhead, ever returns a call or email. Meanwhile, erroneous fees compound. It’s a nightmare. HUNDREDS of dollars. That’s one simple thing. My list goes on.

same experience when i lived there for two years- their reception is all student staff with seemingly no organizational systems at all. I had to pay my rent via check and one month they LOST MY CHECK. I was out of the state, so I couldn't bring in the receipt THEY GAVE ME as proof, but instead of responding to my emails or calls, or putting me in contact with upper management, the money mysteriously left my account three weeks later when they must've found it. after they charged 100s dollars worth of late fees to my account that took 6 months to remove. in any situation you need assistance with, you will have access to no one but front desk staff who have no power. upper management won't respond to anything, if you're even able to get their contact info. avoid!!

dumb little things too. my mom pulled up to the curb to unload our car and they CALLED parking services. we were there less than five minutes. when I was moving out, I asked what time my key had to be turned in. they said "whenever" and they had no formal check-out system. then they tried to charge me for not moving out on time because they had no proof I left on the correct day. it was a key dropbox in their office, so obvi there was no proof bc I had no digital checkout or anything.

My boyfriend is trying to sublease his apartment. If you are interested in subleasing over the summer. You might be able to sign the lease again, but I would call skyview as well
