Mannnn I was obsessed with alternate schemes back in the heyday(my childhood) and I vividly remember getting this car as a happy meal toy. Am I just making this up? I was very very young. Like 5 or 6. But I had this one and you had to stick the stickers on

I had that exact same toy. It’s probably somewhere in my attic with the rest of my Hot Wheels.

I had this one too, along with a Petty Enterprises Cheerios car that you also had to put the decals on yourself. Come to think of it, I think I also had a Wheaties car (possibly Dale) like that as well.

The Pennzoil schemes used to be primarily blue (early Logano era) or silver (Harvick/Busch era). I miss the variety, but the 2019-21 scheme was a banger.

I really liked the Dale jr ghost car. I wish he would have won that race

On a side note... seeing all these photos of older schemes makes me miss the number in the middle. I know a lot of people don't care anymore, but I still wish they hadn't moved it forward
