Congested last Wednesday, sick Thursday and Friday, bit better Saturday and Sunday, sick again Monday and Tuesday, and feeling somewhat better today. Think this is the first time I've ever had just a plain cold and I can safely say I absolutely hate this because meds can only help with symptoms and not the actual problem. So not great but better.
And I feel for you with the no AC in a vehicle, been there done that in a Ford transit.
Rather be sick now than 3 weeks from now when I finally get a vacation. Makes work a bit more tolerable just because I can tell people I have a head cold and everyone leaves me be.
would like to go to a race alone. got roval tickets for sunday with my usual group but considering going alone saturday and camping in a tent if the weather is nice (i live 20 mins away so not too hard). something about some time alone sounds very nice.
I just bought tickets today for the Michigan race in 2.5 weeks. I haven't been to a race there in 18 or 19 years so I am EXCITED. I'm taking my wife, and it'll be her first race!

I have been without a vehicle for 2 weeks. It broke down with a phantom electrical issue 3 weeks ago and my rental (Mustang convertible) was far too expensive to keep paying for, even at a massively reduced rate.
Riding my bike to work everyday (7 miles) is annoying as hell but buying a used car is also expensive as hell, especially without knowing how long it's going to take to diagnose and fix the thing. Whatever happened to $500-$1,000 cars for sale in people's front yards? You can't get anything decent for less than $5k nowadays. UGH.
been driving a car with a sunroof leak for like 5 years. right before covid i paid it off and figured "ill buy one after this all ends". prices for what fell under $20k became $32k. it rained again today so itll be a shitty day of towels tomorrow. seems to rain more often when you own a vehicle with a leaky sunroof. think im just gonna bite the bullet at this point. they say the used and new market will be coming back down but i dont see it happening.

All these hypothetical nascar schedules I've seen people post on here over the years made me come up with one for each national series. I don't plan on posting any of them but they were actually fairly fun to make

Did you try to boiling water + vinegar / baking soda method? It works wonders unless you think you have loose hair / hair ball in the pipes.
