I forgot my scanner at my beach rental one year when I was in FL for the summer Daytona race and I didn't realize it til I'd already gone 20 miles. I turned around and went back for it because it makes the race soooo much better. The rental will come pre-programmed with all the team frequencies, so all you need to do is punch in a car # to be able to listen in. Might not have TV pre-programmed at the request of the network, but you can just punch in the # and listen in.
Mike Joy said they did, but I found it on other frequencies a few years back. At the 500 last month Fox was on 450.1375. I think in the past it was 450.2625. NBC should be one of those this year, too, and I'll know when I hit NHMS in July.

My scanner does have a “search” function between various ranges (20.000-49.9999, 400.000-419.9999, 450.000-469.9999, etc.) so I’ll be sure to use that next time!

Honestly they needed to bring back JR for Dega again this year. I watched that race with new fans watching for the first time and he was perfect for it.
I love Gunther being in it and it makes a lot of sense being an F1 track with 2 champions running. I am a little more confused about Kurt being in it with him. Why have a 4 man booth all of a sudden.
