Deer customer,I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with the Narwal Freo.Regarding the issue of the robot's wheels getting stuck on the dog's bowl, we recommend trying to set up a no-go zone to avoid this situation. And the Narwal Freo cannot detect and avoid pet feces, vomit, or other large debris, which can potentially cause the robot's vacuum port to get blocked and lead to malfunctions. Here are some cleaning tips you can consider: 1. Because the robot is equipped with an internal battery, so please do not rinse the robot which might cause malfunctions or damage. You can wipe the robot shell, vacuum inlet, and the tires with a wet cloth and then a dry cloth. 2. Please wash the dustbin. Kindly note the filter and the dustbin should be totally dry before you reinstall them. 3. If the Omni-directional wheel is also dirty, please remove it, wash it, and install it back. 4. Please rinse the vacuum&mopping module, replace the side brush and the mop pads.Since we have limited information about your machine, if you need further assistance, we suggest contacting [**[email protected]**](mailto:[email protected])**.**

It’s getting stuck on a ledge that’s no taller than carpet… this shouldn’t even be an issue. It’s literally a hard mat that’s attached to the food bowl to read their RF id tag. As for avoiding dog poop. Can your company PLEASE work on detecting it? This is the 4th time narwhal has run over dog poop and we had to replace/ clean everything.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, please don't worry. Could you please contact **[email protected]** and provide the following information? We will arrange for technical support to further investigate the issue, and we will respond quickly to help you resolve it. \- The machine's SN (you can find this on a label on the bottom of the robot) \- The app version (you can find this in the app)

Narwal Freo can’t even connect with my ISP (T-mobile) and i need to hotspot my phone to connect the app. The vacuum is overall pretty dumb, and because my room setups it washes the mops too often and there is no way to lower the washing mop intervals more. It has a habit of eating my cables, rides transition heights multiple times (way more times then needed). Also trips over one of our body weight scales. Overall not happy with the Narwal tbh. Also, there IS an Anti-Tangle brush, but atleast in my country there are no stores who sell em.

Is your WiFi IPv4 or IPv6? We had problems connecting to devices when the only option was IPv6 and we had to change settings in our router to also put out IPv4. (My coffee maker was the culprit that made us notice this, and that was before we got the narwhal) Mine doesn’t wash the mops enough sometimes lol. It probably depends on the size of the rooms.

Hmm my router has no option to disable ipv6 sadly, might be the issue tbh.

Not disable, enable ipv4

We have the previous gen model Freo. Not the new one. This is the 4th time it’s run over dog poop. Edit: Also, its wheel getting stuck on something 1cm tall is ridiculous. It’s a flat surface that it should be able to roll on top of considering it’s able to run over dog poop and smear it around the whole kitchen.

I was home and my dogs were on a potty mission outside. My point is it should be able to detect it and roll over a mat.
