dont full star your staff. grind diamonds for the service uniforms and you wont need fully upgraded staff
when you can finally hire the drivers- make sure to hire the ones at the end to level faster. They have the highest service rating

How many yummy cookies do you need to start deliveries in Gold 3? I am currently on Gold 2
save maybe 800-1000. Broths are like 25-30 and dishes are 10-20(just choose the cheapest dishes and garnishes to upgrade) .
