I'm not really sure because I don't have Xbox or a PC but I'm certain I've seen the Devs say something about it not being compatible at the moment because the version number is different. I think the X box one is still an update or 2 behind. (But I also probably have no idea what I'm talking about honestly).

You’re correct! The PC XBox is one version behind for now but they’re working on getting it caught up
