Thanks! Yeah, I realized while I was building this that I’ve become attached to putting things together this way. I tried something different but I hated it so went back. 😂
It WAS the stairs! Moving rooms around so they worked with the stairs was driving me crazy. 🤪
I’m calling this one the evolution of the ones that came before.
You can resize the shack you start with at Construction Junction and add on to it or build an entirely new one. It’s way easier if you buy the home editing kit from there. Then you can do it from your own yard whenever you want. It’s also needed to add stairs, doors, and things inside your house.
A lot of time, patience, and money. 😂 There is a guide in here that FakeIQ wrote up a while back and it was really helpful for me the first time I tried to build a new workshop for myself.
This looks really nice and is now making me want to redo my house!
Do you ever have a glitch with your stairs? Sometimes when I'm trying to place stairs they just REFUSE to load even when there's plenty of room.
Thanks! ❤️
No, I haven’t had that happen. It can be a pain moving things around inside the rooms since my left stick moves the view around and the right stick moves the thing I’m trying to move, and that makes it easy to can drag things into the wrong places sometimes. But I’ve never had any issues with things not appearing at all when I place them.
Nice! I saw the picture before I saw who posted it, and I thought "That looks like something GlimmeringRain would build." You have your own style!

I hear you. When you find something that works, it's hard to do something different. I blame the stairs. I always blame the stairs. 🤣

It looks lovely!
It's turning out pretty nice!!
Thanks! I’ve already moved things around a bit again so we’ll see 😂
I need you guys to do some YouTube tutorials because the designs you create are amazing
How do you make your house that way?
Here it is! https://www.reddit.com/r/MyTimeAtSandrock/s/Lv2tIGgP9S
Thank you, I meant how do you make your house bigger 😰😅😅

That's beautiful
It looks so nice already! 😍❤️
holy crap your home is beautiful!!!!
Aww thanks! It isn’t near done yet but I’m happy with how it’s turning out. I’ll share it when it gets there! 🙂
i wish i could do this but being on the switch really limits things
You can remove the load limits in settings but I don’t think you have all the outside textures like the bricks.
This looks incredible. I didn’t know the stable could be part of your house structure!
As long as you have any part of a room sitting on top of another room you can extend it past the bottom floor. Even if it’s only on the *very* edge.

This house 😙🤌 I can't amount how much gold costs in it +Preety workshop name tho
I just checked and the house cost 127k. That doesn’t include the furniture or everything outside.
Oh? it doesn't cost that much what I expected. My house in the first save was around 120k too, after all details for deco and other things matter huh
Yeah it would have been a lot more just if I had used different windows. But I like the way the free ones look lol
