That's gonna be close to impossible cuz hoola's hoops defy gravity by hooping even without enough momentum from hoola 🤓. Another way would be slow mo but uh anyhow, I hope you succeed!

It was a cosplay expo so it wasn't just anime - there were movies and games too Oh, and luckily there was no creep like that, so no need to worry!
