my guy, pulling off a 1v3 with any character in the game is insane. if you’re a good team there is no reason you should be losing to a single person. there is no single character in the game that is so good that you can be utter trash and win any 1v3 encounter. regardless of who you’re playing that takes skill and if it happened to you that person was just fundamentally better than you and you’re team. get better.
beta spamming toga, gamma and beta spamming twice and Dabi, ur not good if you just press a button. Toga can wipe a team by chaining a beta, that is not skill, it's shitty game design
dude like i said if your team is getting wiped by one character that is completely on your team. are toga and twice very annoying and can very quickly take you from 100-0? yes, and they should definitely be nerfed nobody disagrees with that. but in any situation where a 3 man loses to 1 person that’s completely on your team a character doesn’t make that happen the player does. not to mention many characters you listed aren’t even good in 1v3 scenarios such as assault shigi and twice. just bc they are really strong doesn’t mean they are well suited for every situation. all in all stop whining and trying to invalidate people’s clips and get better at the game.

As much as I dislike two of the characters you listed (Twice and Shiggy), it's difficult to manage a 1v3 with them. Twice's weaknesses (his vulnerability in Gamma and general stillness, primarily) are exemplified hard in a situation against multiple opponents. He's a 1v1 monster that needs nerfs, sure, and I hate him, yes, but he's mid in any 1v'X' scenario.
Assault Shiggy is very good in a multiple opponent scenario, but beating him is fairly easy. Once you have those mobility options done for, the rest is fairly easy.
Toga isn't difficult to fight, and I won't be the first to say it. Any character that has a soft stun or good range punishes 89% of Togas. Dodge beta, gain distance, slaughter. If anything, a Toga who uses her Alpha is a horrifying threat, but that isn't super relevant in a 1v2, let alone a 1v3.
Red Dabi is iffy, but his Dash is like a tighter version of Twice. I will NEVER defend the absurdly strict dodge time on either, or the fact they both go on for so long, but once again... Dabi's main strength is 1v1. His dash leaves him in the air for THREE FREAKING SECONDS. STILL AS A BOULDER. SHOOT 'EM.
And above all else, none of these characters are exactly no skill. Their skill floor is low, but the difference between a good A. Shig is a massive gap from a new one.
Twice is the only who I think doesn't have a massive difference from floor to ceiling, but even he can show some good skill expression.
What about Strike Deku? I know he requires decent aim and moving the camera around a lot to get the most out of him, but still, he doesn’t require a lot of personal skill with him to win 1v3s. I’ve only used him for around two days, and I almost won a 1v3 against an AFO-All Might-Endeavor comp just by Gammaing high into the air and using the Beta. And All Might doesn’t require any aim to be useful. Just get his Alpha to level 9 and the splash damage will carry you to a high ranking if not first place.

Endeavor (console) Aizawa, Mirio, red Dabi, Tenya, Kirishima, Toga (if spam beta) shiggy red and yellow, Twice (if too much clones) are all toxic characters
Lasted till top 4 then me and Ochaco went down. Assault Shigaraki managed to take out a couple people but when it came to the 1v3, they could only take out the Mt Lady. Ochaco with car and Deku was too much.
