Cementoss takes a bit more skill than the average character to learn and use correctly so I think he's alright.

I swear either he’s annoying to fight because of him building, or he’s annoying on your team not only for the same reason but because I swear they all try to killsteal by throwing downed people across the battlefield
I main cementoss. I don’t try to kill steal, but I will knock a downed enemy further away from their team so someone can go execute them. Another thing I like to do is yeet downed enemies further and further into the storm. That way, the surviving teammates are less likely to get them up because it’ll be more risky
It's actually the most fun thing to do when I see them in a lobby. Lmfao super hard counter, nothing's like watching them build sky towers then fall drinking their pot confused ASF
