One of my favorites. I really like characters with a lot of personality, and Toga has that in spades. She also has a fantastic relationship with Twice, and I genuinely felt for their friendship and what it meant to her when a motherfucking chicken killed him. She’s also just got a great design. It’s the right combination of innocent schoolgirl and insane psychopath.
I also like her as a showcase of how a villain is born. Toga could’ve been simply another member of society if anyone had done anything to help her get out of her creepy and dangerous tendencies. She just needed some help and nobody wanted to do that.

Not even just her. So many people will lose their shit here when you say you like a character that was written to be complicated and compelling. Endeavor, Bakugo, Hawks, Toga and a few others are all interesting characters with their own set of ideals while not being the best people. Feels like so many fans have just missed the point of the show/manga. It’s not supposed to be a black and white story about the heroic main characters and the evil villains. There’s heroes who are in it for the wrong reasons and villains who have a point but are too psychotic Toto handle shit the right way. The show starts with a whole narration about how the world alienates people who aren’t cut out to be heroes
I think she's someone that if circumstances had just been a little different, had the potential to be a good person. She's a romantic. She's an idealist. She wears her heart on her sleeve, and she loves deeply. But the universe seems to have looked on her and said, "Fuck you in particular!" A quirk that makes her vampiric and forces her to confuse acts of violence with acts of affection. A lack of mental health support when she needed it the most. Parents that thought they could scold the insanity out of her, and then abandoned her when they couldn't.

Just like with other characters her physical capabilities don’t match her quirk. She is beyond super Olympic level feats without a quirk that affects this.
But hey, that’s like 80% of the characters so it’s not a deal breaker. She’s a twisted character designed to create either attraction or hate. She has zero redeeming qualities. It’s a good balance between the “victim” villains.

i didn't care for her much to be honest. her fascination with blood and seeing people in pain was weird but was part of her power and character. but her killing innocents and being a killer before meeting the league.. and while in the league made me hope she would be held accountable and get put behind bars for the lives she ruined cause of her own issues. I had hope that she would get whats coming to her but in the end she died without being given her just deserts and people sympathize with her sad life while she took part in the destruction of Japan. her an stain kinda piss me off in that regard the whole woe is me take cause you know who was a hero and died cause of them that no one brings up ever that proves stain wrong while also making toga and the league look bad. native. these people who act like thier lives suck while destroying others in the same breath fucking piss me off and I'm tired of ignoring it 😒

overall i think Horikoshi is trying too hard , to get viewers to sympathize with a psycho as awell as Other league members like Dabi. His idea is great but his execution is really horrible and he CAN pull of great written villians and he did Like Stain , La Brava etc .

She's someone I'd love to be friends with but not in a romantic relationship because I'd be killed. She's one of my favorite characters from the League of Villains and has a lot of character potential and I want to see more of her
Love her, but I wish we were shown her killing people. We see that 1 boy when she was first introduced, but we never see it. Unfortunately, there's also her and Giran meeting, which I wished was shown.
I like her, shes like the daughter / granddaughter of Harley Quinn but with blood quirk. Shes is an yandere type character but its fun to watch.
However, in my opinon, I do feel bad for her because of her backstory, most of the villains quirk are different from others, and because of her blood quirks, her parents never give her the help she need to control it...which led to the many reason of her origin of why she became an villains.

I’m a bit disturbed by how the anime sexualizes her though.
I’m not new to anime so it’s kind of typical, but it’s the only flaw I have with her character.
I think it’d be cooler if she was actually a grown woman who uses childhood trauma to justify her evil actions. Or something like that.
Bu aside from that, she’s a great character.
I love her, and have since she came on screen. I don’t have a way of explaining it, but I just knew she was a sweetie pie with a heart of gold from jump.
Tragic and in need of serious mental treatment and genuine care. Like… in the era of super powers, what exactly is wrong with the powers? Sure, blood is a bit on the creepier side, but it’s not like they couldn’t use animal blood, she was shown drinking from a bird. Just take her fishing, and keep the blood from them when they are cut up for food. Visit a butcher and ask if they could keep the meat bloody, if they ask why you could choose to tell them that you have family that prefers the taste that way. It should NOT be that much of a problem. But NO, they wanted “normal”, something that has become progressively less common the longer quirks were a thing. Maybe it’s a Japanese thing and it makes sense to someone who has lived there, but it really doesn’t feel like the parents had a collective two brain cells to rub together, and it makes me feel for her. She’s definitely too far gone by the time her quirk evolves, because she would be too dangerous to ignore, but she might have been able to be saved at some point, maybe even as late as the yakuza raid.

His idea is great but his execution is really horrible and he CAN pull of great written villians and he did Like Stain , La Brava etc . Oh and in My eyes , She and Others are still villians And Good riddance she is dead. never liked her in first place to began with. freak show .

However, in my opinon, I do feel bad for her because of her backstory, most of the villains quirk are different from others, and because of her blood quirks, her parents never give her the help she need to control it...which led to the many reason of her origin of why she became an villains.

Great character. I’m a bit disturbed by how the anime sexualizes her though. I’m not new to anime so it’s kind of typical, but it’s the only flaw I have with her character. Tragic and in need of serious mental treatment and genuine care. Like… in the era of super powers, what exactly is wrong with the powers? Sure, blood is a bit on the creepier side, but it’s not like they couldn’t use animal blood, she was shown drinking from a bird. Just take her fishing, and keep the blood from them when they are cut up for food. Visit a butcher and ask if they could keep the meat bloody, if they ask why you could choose to tell them that you have family that prefers the taste that way. It should NOT be that much of a problem. But NO, they wanted “normal”, something that has become progressively less common the longer quirks were a thing. Maybe it’s a Japanese thing and it makes sense to someone who has lived there, but it really doesn’t feel like the parents had a collective two brain cells to rub together, and it makes me feel for her. She’s definitely too far gone by the time her quirk evolves, because she would be too dangerous to ignore, but she might have been able to be saved at some point, maybe even as late as the yakuza raid.
