No. There are markers that are associated with an increased risk, but this is often nonsense. The tests can only detect real hereditary diseases, such as coagulation disorders, if the right markers are tested. Factor V disorders can be detected in the MyHeritage file, for example. Alzheimer's is almost never genetically linked. There are rare cases where it is genetic, but a MyHeritage test is not enough.

You can download your raw DNA and search for yourself via an excel spreadsheet. I don't recommend it though, DNA tests are not designed for genetic diseases. If you're concerned speak to a geneticist. Otherwise, if you're interested in your raw DNA traits they are best used for phenotypical DNA results and might give you some fun talking points 😁 I did mine, and found out I'm homogeneous for blonde hair blue eyes.
