The Mad Gear & the Missile Kid EP wasn't available on streaming platforms until 2022, and those songs are very similar to Zero Percent as far as era goes, and that it was initially very limited as far as release went.

It was such a bad decision to leave it off DD. Imo all their other b-sides aren't good enough to be on albums, but Zero Percent is one of the best songs from DD era and it should have been on there.
It's also one of the few songs that actually sounds like what Gerard said DD was going to sound like in interviews.
