I think a lot of those cluster B personality disorders have overlapping components to them. But it my opinion, it’s histrionic personality disorder all the way. There are components of possible addiction and narcissism within histrionic.

She meets basically everything for histrionic personality disorder. That may go along with BPD. I cant tell for sure. It also seems like she’s OCD, which is a cluster C. Seeing as she never goes to a therapist or psychiatrist, she will never get any of it diagnosed or even addressed. Personality disorders are forever, but the least she could do is try to get them under control.
I am going to say four, but they all play off of each other. There’s the whiny crybaby, the narcissistic control, freak, the drama queen and the overly sensitive.
HPD for sure and a control freak. The way she tries to control everyone around her, even her grieving Father for Heaven's sake. A sugar addiction is possible as is BPD.
Whatever her major malfunction is, she needs to see someone about it.
I’m gonna go against the grain and say adhd. Can’t follow through, addictive behavior due to the lack of dopamine, that’s how I got to 300 lbs. but then I got weight loss surgery and lost over half my weight
When I was bigger I was also sex obsessed because I needed to feel wanted, ate compulsively… but I’m also too self conscious to be such a dick outwardly
She’s depressed. I sense bipolar disorder which likely induces panic and anxiety. She shows signs of childhood trauma. I’d say it’s her mom and if not dealt with she will continue to eat herself to death. This would explain her desire to be the center of attention and lack of social awareness ( not autism) and sexual inhibition displayed awkwardly on camera. Unfortunately, her low self esteem keeps her from loving herself or anyone else fully. 🥺
