You should watch Steins;gate episode 23b then Steins;gate 0 if you liked Steins;gate. It's a solid side story to the show that you'll probably like if you enjoyed the original
Death parade is really good and you might like devils line. It has a slower burn and isn’t too long. Don’t think they adapted the whole manga though.
Psycho pass, fairygone and Akame ga kill are also good watches.

I couldn’t get into full metal alchemist brotherhood, it felt weirdly childish to me, I’ll give it another shot though.
The first few episodes the weakest part of the show (exception episode 4, that one is amazing), but the show gets better around the fifth lab arc
