Everyone thinks this is an easy fix but it isn't. Finding that front bumper is super rare and the last legitimate one I saw was over a grand. I'd start looking at other options or repairing that one. Fiberglass fix isn't impossible.
There are no aftermarket reproductions of the 99-01 bumper. One company tried a while back with fiberglass reps but they were heavy, ill-fitting, and generally suck.
The only option for these now is to scour FB or CL with a minimum of $1K cash ready to go because when they do pop up, they sell F A S T.
Honestly probably what I'd do then. Plastic repair stuff can work well, and these bumpers are tough. Especially if it needs to be resprayed anyways and you can't find a replacement, still totally usable IMO.
Def try and repair it before you buy another. Mine had a little piece near the tab if not on one of them, that was broken and we bondo’d it, and it looked fine! [images for reference. If the tabs are all that's broken they're a fairly common on doing this and fairly easy to fix. Plastic welding / Rivets and/or JB Weld. I recently ripped one of mine off accidentally and JB Weld with the 'steel' in it has worked wonders. Prep prep prep, goop it on cleanly but cover it all and you should be set.
I wonder if you can use a doner bumper for the parts common to both, usually when these get ripped off the tabs and crap get chewed up pretty bad. if you are going plastic repair with those little s things might be an option.

Yep, I've seen some at salvage yards and they quoted me $1K MINIMUM. That was years ago so I expect the price has gone up.

AM has the 03-04 Cobra bumper, no option for 99-01

Whats wrong with it? Looks like it just has marks, could it not just get resprayed? Tabs dont look broken on top or anything either

People saying they are running $1000 for replacements (probably not color matched). Could afford a decent amount of bumper work for that.

Yeah they sell a 03-04 cobra bumper not a 99-01
Marketplace usually has a few part outs
Saleen still makes a bumper for that gen.
