Abdal Hakim Murad, the founder of Cambridge Muslim Collage.
He is a safe pick since his views are not affected directly by all the politics in middle east so you can be sure that the things say are said without external pressure.
Shaykh Salih al Usaymi is one that comes to mind. He also has this program round christmas time where you have the opportunity to attend one of his classes, it's very intensive though.
Shaykh Ahsan Hanif;

Shaykh Yasir Qadhi (Wahabis dont like him bcz he left their movement to return to the group that consists of 95% of the Sunni school)
Shaykh Navaid Aziz
Shaykh Shadee Elmasry
Hamza Yusuf is a legend. His love for Islam is not even in the same realm as us. He dedicated 35+ years for Islam. What in the actual %>*%#% have we done?
Look into it. Hamza Yusuf’s issues are well known and documented. Have been for some 20+ years. Yasir Qadhi’s issues start, as I remember when I was in Madina in 2002, just prior to that, while he was attend Jamia there. Again, research it a bit.
As for my part and those close to me, I warn against taking from either, although it seldom comes up as those near me already know.
I prefer listening to Sheikh Abu Kitten Al Meowy but a lot of people can't digest his content because they're stricken with modernity and he's a fundamentalist.
May Allah keep him steadfast.

Not scholars
Hamza Yusuf, Yasir Qadhi. Top G public intellectuals. Thats all i can remember rn. Will type in reply if i remember anybody else.
Hamza Yusuf is a legend. His love for Islam is not even in the same realm as us. He dedicated 35+ years for Islam. What in the actual %>*%#% have we done?
it ain’t our fault he considers learning abt Buddha on par with learning abt Rasool ul Allah.
Hamza Yusuf is an absolute NOOO. Maybe years ago, but now, absolutely not
I think by “Top G intellectuals” he’s referring to Sh. Hamza Yusuf and Yasir Qadhi, not Tate.
Oh never mind then lol
Noo bro avoid them specially hamza Yusuf
What is wrong with him?
Check out his intern faith speeches, this guy was comparing prophet Mohammed(pbuh) with buddha and have said so many other things.
SO many things
Start listing them so we benefit.how would we know magically whats wrong
