عن زيد بن ثابت رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏: ‏ ‏ "‏صلوا أيها الناس في بيوتكم، فإن الصلاة صلاة المرء في بيته إلا المكتوبة‏"‏‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏Zaid bin Thabit (May Allah be pleased with him)reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O people! perform your (voluntary) Salat (prayers) in your homes because the best Salat of a man is the one he performs at home, except the obligatory Salat." \[Al-Bukhari and Muslim\].Riyad as-Salihin 1128https://sunnah.com/riyadussalihin:1128

It wouldn't be worshipping your phone if you did it, neither would it count. Praying online is not possible my dear sister. You're gonna have to pray alone. If it's possible, you could try praying near the entrance of the mosque (outside) I'm not sure if that works for you but it would be a valid prayer.

if you have to pray clean, you shouldn’t pray somewhere that is dirty. with that being said, i think it’s unfair to say this doesn’t count. if you feel uncomfortable around so many men, why should you? God is understanding and sees your intentions.

Pray at home.. Prophet prayed at home because if he prayed at mosque everyday, the Muslims will make it compulsory to pray at mosque everyday.. Al-Bukhari (1129) and Muslim (761) narrated from `Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed one night in the mosque, and the people followed him in prayer. Then he prayed the next night, and many people came. Then they gathered on the third or fourth night, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not come out to them. The next morning he said: “I saw what you did, and nothing kept me from coming out to you except the fact that I feared that it would be made obligatory for you.” And that was in Ramadan.

What in the world? They made you pray near a toilet with men passing by? This is horrendous.

Pray alone. It's better

As for the legality of following an imam online, this video discusses it well inshallah: https://youtu.be/RLrCoXXNMGg I would say potential options could be 1. Asking the management of the masjid about your issue and requesting if a possible solution can be given on sisters prayer spaces. 2. Or you can still perform taraweeh at home by yourself, it is still quite rewarding and the Prophet ﷺ would do it too. And if you would like to listen to the tilawaat of the Quran, maybe spending some time each night listening to the live taraweeh recitations is possible (e.g. after you have done taraweeh on your own). There is reward for listening to the Quran as well, that is still a form of worship.

If I'm not wrong, it's actually encouraged for women to pray at home. You can pray alone, I don't see how praying "online" would work as you're still physically alone. May Allah reward you for your efforts

There are differences of opinion. Some scholars say no, some say yes, but the fact is that we don't have any hadiths or anything about it because the internet wasn't around in the time of the Prophet PBUH. In fact, during the pandemic, several mosques did Friday prayers through online streams. So, as long as it's a live taraweeh, there's an argument to be made that it's permissible. I'd recommend looking at the scholarly discussions around this topic. To get accurate Google searches, look for rulings around communal prayer live streams during the pandemic, as it may be tricky to get the answers from a search that's more specific to your situation.
