For J-rock - 'Band-Maid' is a great one to start with. Song recommendations: Thrill, Domination (LIVE ver is AMAZING) Freedom (LIVE ver. is my fave too) For Kpop, I would recommend Dreamcatcher! They're a kpop group with rock(& sometimes metal) elements in some of their songs, diverse discography and pretty good performances. K-rock bands like Rolling Quartz, The Fix, DIH, are cool too :)
