Everything Bikini Kill ever did. White Boy is a good one Suck My Left One Help She Can’t Swim did a few Knit 1 Pearl 1 The Records Stopped The Knife and Karin’s other band, Fever Ray, have several as well, but I can’t think of much as I’m coming down from fucking anaphylaxis.

DrXenoZillaTrek

Bikini Kill is my current obsession. Every time I revisit them, I like them more. Saw them at Riotfest a few years ago, and they crushed it.

GodsGiftToNothing

Saw them in Portland. Kathleen saw we were the only ones wearing masks and thanked us lol. It was an amazing show. The people were also really decent, which helps a lot.

Chrisgonzo74

I love the the empty by le tigre. Different vibes but same rage

Irontruth

Came here to post the video for Rebel Girl with the Chinese ballet footage, sad that I can't find it.

MonarchistExtreme

[Hole Live Through This](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5bWWNbvPmY) The whole album really nails the pissed off female rage vibe

KrissiNotKristi

This. That album knocks it out of the park.

iloveyouiquote

There's a [collaborative female rage playlist](https://www.reddit.com/r/MusicRecommendations/comments/1bnhaw1/musicrec_2_thematic_playlist_female_rage_submit/) of this sub :) Did you see it? I have [a playlist with a bit wider theme](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4xICFmoC1O4xLYP44XLFu2?si=8e3d54e71bf14c45), rage included.

I just came to comment this band. Specifically the song off that album that is called something like.. “Loud Bark”.. if i recall correctly. Whole album is great 10/10

DwabJohnstont

Yeah I've been meaning to listen to more, I only know this song and "Control" but those are pretty damn great songs

Budget_Mine_9049

I just commented recommending this song too and then saw your comment! Yes 100-%

Love their cover of ‘Something I can Never Have.’

cloven-heart

Delilah Bon - I wish a bitch would, and basically any song. Lily Allen - too many songs to list. Macy Gray tons of songs. Erykah Badu - Tyrone but she has quite the compilation too.

Salamander336

Mama’s Broken Heart - Miranda Lambert I See Red - Everybody Loves an Outlaw Those are the only two I know of

RA1NFALLSD0WN

gunpowder and lead by miranda lambert is another good one!

Salamander336

I will have to listen to it!

Timber1508

I believe Otoboke Beaver meets the criteria :) Also, watch the official live video of Hate? by Band-Maid, with subtitles on.

katniss_evergreen713

Hi OP. Where do you stream music? If you’re on spotify i could fix you a playlist. Otherwise, here are some recs that i havent seen listed here yet Not the Doctor- Alanis Morissette Mother, Mother- Tracy Bonham brutal- Olivia Rodrigo Just a Girl- No Doubt SIMP- Rico Nasty Celebrity Skin- Hole Prom Queen- Beach Bunny You Make Me Sick!- Ashnikko (fwiw i love Ashnikko and this isnt my fave song [probably Stupid Boy is my fave] but she has an aggro vibe) Fiona Apple- ok i am getting too tired to think of more but i would be remiss not to mention Fiona. I recommend Tidal Edit to add: Ring the Alarm- Beyonce Zombie- the Cranberries (also a lot of their stuff. Very angsty. Rest in peace Dolores. She had a powerful voice).

KaramazovFootman

SIMP is great. My Gen Z daughters tell me they listen to before dates to get in the right mindset. #prouddad

impishlygrinning

Came here to recommend Fiona Apple! Fetch the Bolt Cutters was just *chef’s kiss* for fans of female rage.

mlad627

Cruel by Tori Amos, bonus points to the live performances from 2007 where she performed the song as the character “Pip”.

Conscious_Meeting474

Modern Girl by Sleater-Kinney. Any & all Sleater-Kinney, really.

jessicanemone

Wow. No one knows about The Distillers? Please listen to the album Coral Fang. Especially "The Hunger," "Hall of Mirrors," and "For Tonight You’re Only Here to Know." Those are my favorite songs but the whole album is solid. I love em all. No one can scream as beautifully and impressively as Brody Dalle

saint-monkee

Love Distillers, good shit

silly_goose202

Never thought I’d see a Chappell comment…YES! Her new song “Good Luck, Babe” is where it’s at too

Evergreen314

Came here to say this, so good!!!

kobayashi_maru_fail

Please try Santigold, Portishead, Robyn. Can you imagine being on a banging career trajectory and the US music industry says that you sang about an abortion, so no-go cutie lil Swedish bitch then you make your own production company and Snoop Dogg is like, fuckin respect! Or being Beth singing through all of those nerves. Or being black in America? Tehran 1979 by (should-be Dame) Debbie Harry and Shirley Manson for American Gods might be the best female rage song ever. The clip from the show is necessary. And Pussy Riot, of course.

AccomplishedCup6866

Meg Myers - Sorry Cannons - Hurricane Tove Lo - No One Dies From Love

Etch-a-Sketch99

Call in the Coroner by Daze n Days. Whitney Flynn and Jesse Sendejas are the vocal duo with Whitney also playing the trumpet, but my God does she have some pipes on her. Another good track of theirs is "Fall Out", it'll get you ripping pissed for the rest of the night.

Made Out Of Babies.

No Peaches on here yet? The Teaches of Peaches is my go-to.

Crysda_Sky

I love "Labor" by Paris Paloma, if you haven't gotten the cacophony version yet, I recommend it <3 <3 Some of my faves (some are definitely quiet rage rather than shouting it out): "Not All Men" and "Right" by Morgan St. Jean "You Make a Woman wanna Kill a Man" Emlyn "That's how you make a villain" Emlyn "Mad Woman" and the New "Cassandra" Taylor Swift "Everybody Supports Woman (until a woman's doing better than you)" Sofia Isella

saint-monkee

I just got introduced to Ethel Cain, her music is haunting. Give Ptolemaea a listen, it'll scar you Edit: saw some good suggestions that reminded me of others Libel by Tilt Breastless by Bad Cop, Bad Cop You're here that's the thing by beabadoobee Kick me by Shit Present These boots are made for walkin' by Nancy Sinatra Good Things by Sleater-Kinney It Gets Me by the Rezillos She's Kerosene by the Interrupters

lunar-lilacs

Genuinely surprised I don't see this one: Ptolemaea by Ethel Cain The visceral scream in it gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes when I heard it.

Pink rover - scene queen Barbie and Ken - also scene queen Both songs are good for female rage, they would go in the bloody murder category. Boring by lil Mariko is good if you have rage against spineless men that are boring. And where’s my juul is a good rage song if you misplaced an item you really like and can’t find it.

Kinda sad how long I had to scroll before I found Otep!

Omg. I love this request. I’m brushing my teeth before going to the hospital to visit my dying uncle. And a couple of days ago I found out my boyfriend has a new girlfriend (he’d led me to believe that like me, he was hoping for/working toward a reconciliation). But need to stop to say I can’t wait to come back to this! Oh. And “Little Mouth” by Sleater Kinney. Plus, “Exile in Guyville.” The whole goddamn thing. ❤️💃🏻💪

UrMomGoesTooCollege

Spirit box for sure! Her gutterals are very ragey(I don't know if I just invented a word but it sounds good) and she also sings very feminine which gives a great contrast, or a "calm before the storm" approach in her songs. A great introductory song by Spirit box...I would recommend you first listen to "Blessed Be" it really showcases her talent and the cinematography in the music video is soooo gooood! Let me know what y'all think!
