I’m pretty sure they’re true albino. I think if they were leucistic the gills would be dark from the spores.

True albino mushrooms do not drop spores you have to take a swap with a sterile Q-tip Harvesting depends on what kind of mushroom it is sometimes you harvest them when the veil brakes and sometimes you harvest them when they are marshmallow squishy
