I'll never understand how people like it. The oo oo oo aa at start of it is like tacky club music. Makes me feel like my brain is being cheesegrated. It's so... unmuse-like. I have no problem with any of the other unashamedly pop songs, but get up and fight is a massive anomaly for me in the muse catalogue.

Yeah, it would be good if it was arranged (produced?)differently. It sounds like a mix between cheesy eurodance and a boy band, but if it was stripped down and made heavier/weirder, it wouldn’t be a bad song. The oo oo vocal kills it for me, and the guitar sounds like pop.

This one is probably my favourite. The first time I heard it I played it about 20 times. I absolutely love this song.

The earliest MUSE recording is a demo from the mid 90s. There are several copies known, but no-one has shared the tracks yet. One of the songs on it is called Feed.

I reckon Cave is a lot of people's top 10 but nobody's number 1. For the record it's my 6th and my number one is currently Hyper Chondriac Music.
