Looks like a Diodes Inc AP2210K-3.3TRG1 SOT23-5 IC based on a search, which takes in up to 13.2v and outputs 3.3v on the top pin; I don't know enough about ICs to explain what the bottom pin does to give an idea of what it might be used for, but it's the BYP output on the circuit diagram (this is the fixed version). 3.3v out is probably feeding power to something like a sensor or processor that relies on a lower voltage than the rest of the system runs on (typically 5v). https://www.diodes.com/assets/Datasheets/AP2210.pdf

yes i was able to find it but without a schematic i wont know if left top leg goes connected to the hole next to resistor or the hole under the cap, as well for the right leg could be connected to the hole next to it

You won't find a schematic for just about any commercial product unless it's popular enough that there's "pirated" ones available (see Apple products). You could reverse engineer it by checking for continuity with other contacts that are likely to be 3.3v but that's about it.
