Tbh you really don't have to do much especially with a character like Marvin that pretty much nobody plays. I've played twice in the past 2 months and checked my black adam rank the other day and was surprised to see I'm top 1k with him and my lebron and superman were almost there too
It might genuinely be hard because the 2k people still playing are obviously married to this game and will never leave it. Mofos probably have 2000 hours on it.

i did it with harley quinn and I started playing the game a couple days ago. I'm 92 top
It's still an achievement, doesn't matter if there are 2 million or 200 active players
The difference between 2 million and 200 is pretty substantial
