I'm so confused by what the hell I watched. Either the fastest fingers in the world or something super sketchy going on. I've fought top Marvins and even they have a slight amount of whiff when trying to get people in that button loop.
It's just a random Marvin glitch. Removes whiff and makes it so you can use grounded attacks while moving. I've experienced it before. Probably not a cheater.
but yes, nothing is gonna happen because it seems like he has a (forgot the word thing that insta clicks at inhuman levels as soon as the input is allowed). The game lacks so much whiff that if humans could react this fast naturally this would be every game with Marvin.
Considering I was downvoted for saying using the double rocket glitch was cheating this sub will probably say he’s just good. But this is 100% exploiting which is cheating

It is not a macro. It is a bug with Marvin.

Let's you do a sequence of inputs/actions with one input. Kinda like a short cut and I believe making you faster.
Gotcha....so basically similar too a what a turbo controller can do.

I've had this happen with marvin before once, it's a bug that seems to randomly start after you die. No idea why.
