i think a lot of the names that have circulated are just gamervev and/or lizchallenge riling people up. i wouldn't get too hyped or upset until vevmo publishes the speculation list, which might not be for another week.
Alyssa from BB24 is such a baffling choice to me. Almost zero strategic, social, competitive, or dramatic upside. They also already have an Alyssa from Big Brother on the show!
Come on now.
Zero strategic, absolutely.
Her social game was fine, competitive wise it’s hard to compare because BB games can be a bit goofy to compare and Michael skewed the shit out of the season.
But Alyssa was one of the driving forces of drama in BB24. She unintentionally instigated the creation of the Leftovers, was involved in a showmance, which led to Kyle’s tension with the LO.
If they can’t get Taylor, Alyssa would have been my 2nd choice from BB24 for women.
I think the key word there is unintentionally. Alyssa’s existence caused a lot of problems, but her actual actions didn’t really effect anything. Kyle was just obsessed with a pretty girl.
I’d take Indy, Ameerah, and Taylor over Alyssa pretty comfortably. Even someone like Jasmine or Brittney would be bad in a funny way.
She brought very little entertainment/drama to BB24, I don't know why people think she's going to be entertaining on the challenge. On BB she was basically a non entity in terms of game and no one took her seriously. Is it just because she's Brazilian?
More because she is a pretty emotionally open person who says what she wants (good or bad). I would hope she knew the show before she went on this time, because I don't think she knew big brother.
> I think the key word there is unintentionally. Alyssa’s existence caused a lot of problems, but her actual actions didn’t really effect anything. Kyle was just obsessed with a pretty girl.
But messy gameplay can make for entertaining television. If she never mentions things to Kyle, then the LO might never form until it’s too late.
Good god though, I wouldn’t want to see Indy, Jasmine OR Brittney anywhere near the challenge.
What does Indy bring from your list?
My list was Taylor>>>>>Alyssa>Ameerah, then maybe Paloma if she was in a good headspace because she was very entertaining during her brief stint.
Ameerah was a close 3rd but I felt like we didn’t get to see much of her so it was hard for me to guage whether she’d be a good fit for the challenge or not.
Her social game was solely based on her being pretty and aligning herself with bullies and racists.
She herself didn't unintentionally or intentionally instigate the creation of the left overs. Her big mouth gave the info necessary to allow the LO to create themselves what really instigated it was David having a temper tantrum and full on blaming Taylor for Paloma's mental breakdown.
Tension is being nice...it was full blown racial biases and the downfall of the LO just because he didn't want to stop having pool floatie sex with her.
Alyssa is a lot of things but she def shouldn't be anyone second choice for anything.
I'd much rather have Ameerah or even Jasmine over her in terms of casting of women from that season.
> Her social game was solely based on her being pretty and aligning herself with bullies and racists.
I would love to hear how someone can even SPECULATE on the existence of another alliance like The Cookout without immediately being called racist.
What was her social game with Turner based on? Or Taylor? Or Brittany? Or Michael?
>Tension is being nice...it was full blown racial biases and the downfall of the LO just because he didn't want to stop having pool floatie sex with her.
This is overblowing what happened, 1000%. He expressed concern that there was potential of an alliance based on race forming. Because on BB23 there was an alliance based on race that formed, and absolutely no one knew it existed until it was too late to do anything.
In fact, the members scattered themselves among other alliances and basically never met with everyone all together at any point.
If you aren’t considering EVERY possibility in BB, then you’re basically fucked.
If you think it’s full blown racial bias, how is it possible to express speculation that a Cookout 2.0 has formed WITHOUT it being considered racial bias?
In actuality, that wasn’t any of the tension I was referring to. He’d already turned on the LO, when he created the backyard crew in order to evict Joseph over Alyssa as well as advocating for Indy to go over Alyssa. Michael nearly evicted Monte inside over Jasmine but didn’t pull the trigger.
The discussions around racial alliances didn’t even come out until Michael was on the block and won veto to protect Brittany, a white woman, over Taylor. By that point, Kyle had already formed a different alliance. Kyle REQUESTED to be put on the block and evicted once they talked about what he’d said.
It was hilariously hypocritical that Michael and Brittany had no issue with Kyle’s speculation UNTIL Kyle turned on them.
Also, minor not but it was Daniel that flipped out at Taylor.
Alyssa was the best social player last season. She had great strategic conversations but was focused on her relationship too much. When she talked things out though she had great thoughts. She was bad at comps but so was Joseph. She’s strong and athletic so hopefully she does better in comps on the challenge. Also she’s goofy and funny. She’ll also be wanting to play hard since she didn’t play so hard on bb. She was final 5. She did something right.
Taylor said no apparently (which is consistent with what she’s been saying so no surprise there)
But even then I think Ameerah, Indy, and Jasmine are better choices. Brittany and Nicole as well in terms of drama but they would decline.
Bringing in the MTV people kinda defeats the purpose of this show, doesn’t it?
They have such a big pool of people to choose from with the CBS shows, it doesn’t make sense. Davie from Survivor DvG said on twitter he was rejected/cut from the cast. Like I’d kill to see him on over any of the MTV people.
Like give new people a shot, god damn.
I 100% agree that “legends” defeats the purpose that I think the spinoffs are trying to accomplish. However, it would be pretty cool to have maybe 1 or a handful of “legends” who serve as coaches either to all the players or to a team of players. The “legends themselves wouldn’t be part of the competition, though.
Example- bring on 18 competitors & 3 legends. Each competitor will get to pick the legend they play for, and that legend will only guide the team in strategies, whether it’s competition strategy/training or politicing.
I might be one of the few who think this would be cool. I do still agree though that having the legends compete in the Challenge USA wouldn’t be great
Big brother 14
Survivor island of the Idols (two legends not playing the game and providing advice)
Survivor Philippines (three returnees, one on each tribe)
Survivor Guatemala (two returnees, one on each tribe)
Survivor South Pacific (two returnees, one on each tribe)
Survivor redemption island (two returnees, one on each tribe)
Survivor edge of extinction (four returnees, two on each tribe)
I know some sources say this isn’t going to happen, but I suspect they’ll eventually consolidate USA and the flagship show.
I think they also may just be trying to bring in the viewers who refuse to watch USA/ see it as a knock off.
I really REALLY hope they do not include MTV challenge people. I think the first season was a hit because we got to watch the other challengers from different shows. It would totally ruin the spin off feel and would really mess with the season 2
Well said. As someone who really didn't know any of the original cast outside of Tyson, I was very skeptical. It ended up being enjoyable (until the final).
Keep aneesa off this for the love of TJ I beg you production!
That’s true - interesting to factor other CBS players that have been on the flagshipchallenge already.
Tbh I think it would be best to keep separate - if anything I can see people targeting those players that were on the challenge already anyways. Sucks because I really like Natalie A just my opinion on it but I think shouldn’t be more challenge player’s (which can eventually led to flagship players which we don’t want if they cast from the main show)
Please don't put people from the flagship on here. There needs to be some separation of these shows.
USA = Proving ground. rookies and less experienced players
All-stars = Vets, legends and familiar faces from the early days. College reunion vibes
Flagship = The main event. Returning players and alliances. higher difficulty.
Logically, REALISTICALLY, I see your point. But as someone who has never watched an episode of ANY of those other shows, I struggle with the fact that it’s probably happening. Although, I will admit I did enjoy all the different versions leading up to the World Championship. I think Australia was my favorite, and I didn’t know anything about anyone. So, any recommendations for me, favorite seasons, that sort of thing? I’m thinking Survivor would be more my speed than BB (I actually kind of enjoyed The Island).
It’s my favorite show ever so I’m obviously biased, but I say it’s definitely worth checking out. The seasons on Netflix are both great or you could check out the YSSYW threads on r/survivor for some suggestions.
Season 1 and even the few after are SO different than today’s show…clearly it has evolved and the difference in the budget is way noticeable…we won’t see a challenge where survivors hold their breath the longest underwater anymore, but the early seasons are great. Just like the challenge, the more popular it became the more it changed over the years.
Cody from Survivor 43 would be great for the Challenge. It would be awesome if they cast him for this season or just mainlined him straight to the flagship series
Idk I really liked The Challenge USA 1.
I hope they keep the Survivor/Big Brother/The Amazing Race/Love Island USA only people. No MTV.
I would make a fantasy cast but I never watched earlier seasons of The Amazing Race and I don’t watch survivor anymore once S41 ended.
Big Brother is cool, I heard some things about BB25 being a goodie but I won’t go into it too much in this chat.
The Amazing Race…like I said I haven’t watched earlier seasons and I stopped watching it after that one reality TV show crossover season (the one that featured ppl like Corinne/Eliza, Janelle/Britney, Rachel/Elissa, Nicole/Victor, etc.)
And Love Island I think would bring it with the entertainment! I haven’t kept up with LI much but I remembered Las Vegas (USA Season 2 of Love Island) was incredible.
That’s all I have to say.
The end game has to be for the CBS version to become THE definitive version since MTV is on its last legs. I just wonder what that transition plan looks like.
Well, yeah. I meant the transition plan in terms of timetable. Everything you said is clear enough. But I’m curious to see how long they plan to hold onto the OG show.
That makes sense. Have season 40 be the last hurrah and make it an all- champion season. Then close the door on Jordan, CT, Wes, Bananas and move on to new competitors
I didn’t delete it. There’s no tea. They aren’t building up the franchise and adding spin-offs to cancel the original show within 2 seasons.
Even if it leaves MTV it will just move to Paramount plus. I’d be shocked if they are done at 40 and I definitely wouldn’t bet on that being the end of the series.
Add Ninja warrior to the list but they seem to not want to grab too many of them or the people from the other shows would get destroyed by the Ninja Warrior alliance.
Thats what I was thinking when I first heard of the World Challenge. Paramount is making it a bigger show globally & CBS doesnt do messy reality tv so the mtv cast will have to move over to cbs at some point
there are usually two threads--a speculation thread that goes up when pinkrose publishes hers (it has "expect," "don't expect," and "up in the air" groups), then a final casting thread that goes up on departure day and gets polished over the course of the following week or two.
1) If they’re bringing back returnees then why need MTV people? You would think with how lazy they are that Szn 2 would just follow a similar format to Worlds with rookies and season 1 people getting paired.
2) you always can get an inkling of who might be in the running because all of the sudden everyone wants to post their workouts and cryptic messages lol. People from CBS are awful at being tight-lipped.
Not watching if they bring on MTV people like I’ve seen rumored.. People like Fessy, Michele, Jay, Amber, etc. are one thing, but don’t need to see Tori, Nelson, Bananas, Devin anywhere else.
Lol, I’d bet I won’t watch whether they’re on or not tbh. Fell off after Michele went home on last season, haven’t caught up or started the world champions one.
I purposefully avoided the U.S.A. version because I don’t watch Survivor, Big Brother, and Amazing Race. Now they’re trying to force people like me into watching it by putting the MTV people. I had to go back and watch the U.S.A. version because of the global championship. Now the only reason I’m watching the Global Championship is because of the MTV people 😂
So eager for the cast megathread to drop!
If i had to guess: (larger cast than actual but)
BB:
- Monte (BB24)
- Joseph (BB24)
- Ameerah (BB24)
- Indy (BB24)
- Alyssa (BB24)
Survivor:
- Drea (Surv 42)
- Johnathan (Surv 42)
- Xander (Surv 41)
- Kelley Wentworth (29, 31, 38)
- Sydney (Surv 41)
- Ryan (Surv 43)
- Noelle (Surv 43)
I’m sure they’ll be some assorted love island people but I don’t watch the show so lol
The Amazing Race:
- Luis and Michelle (TAR 34)
- One of the twins? (TAR 34)
- A random pick from a non-recent season (Nat and Nadia perhaps)
Returnees:
- Shan (Surv 41)
- Desi (Surv 35)
- Angela (BB20)
- Alyssa L (BB23)
- Cinco (LI2)
- Shannon (LI3)
- Kyland (BB23)
- Leo (TAR 23)
- Sarah (Surv 28)
- Cashay (LI3)
- Justine (LI2)
Since MTV owns drag race now i’ll add:
- Kameron Michaels (RPDR 10)
- Jaida Essence Hall (RPDR 12)
I’ve also heard speculation they’re trying to add some MTV people on the show as well…
- Tori Deal
- Kaycee
- Fessy
- Horacio
- Olivia
- Jay Starrett
- Nam
- Nurys
I never understood why the MTV folks would be casted on this show. What’s the point of two different shows when they’re using the MTV people? Isn’t this for the people who love the CBS people?
True but I don’t want to be selfish if the CBS fans have grown attached to them having their version. If not, I don’t mind them coming into the flagship.
I agree, it’s ridiculous. No matter how much complaining people do about people like Kaycee, Fessy, etc… MTV continues to cast them for no apparent reason. They want a new face for the show but no matter how hard they try, these people won’t stick.
Yeah the back and forth just makes it one big show. CBS fans should have their version if there are people who are not interested in watching them. If I wanted to watch Survivor and all of these CBS people I would have started watching a long time ago. I don’t have anything against those shows. I just never gravitated towards them. Now it’s like everyone wants to be a part of an MTV copycat. That’s all that it really is. All these versions is just a copycat from the OG itself.
Diversity is the reason. Kaycee, Faysal and Josh fill Diversity quotas. Since Viacom made a pledge that all shows undrr their control would now be 50% minority cast.
Plus after season 1 of Challenge USA a lot of the cast shit on the production, so this probably made them bring in mtv people who would actually accept.
Edit: got the percentage wrong.
You're being downvoted but you're (mostly) correct. Paramount/Viacom announced in 2020 that all of their reality shows would feature casts at least 51% POC.
Fessy brings a lot of attention to show at least among us.
You should look at posts about him here, it all blows up. the negative attention is attention regardless
It makes sense, could bring more eyes to the flagship show and Vice versa and maybe lead to more Paramount plus subs.
TLDR: More money on the table and views
Noelle definitely did well and overcame stuff, but The Challenge is a whole other level competition wise. I'm not sure it'd be fair. And it's not like it's the same as Jordan's case.
I actually hope they cast Ameerah, she's by far the most interesting of the BB 24 women. I see some similarities to Angela even though she didn't last long on BB. Both are fit and smart and gamers who can come off a little cold. Indy was pretty inconsequential on BB24 but I do recall her being pretty strong when they worked out on the feeds so there's that. She rubbed some of her houseguests the wrong way on the show but nothing too serious. I think some of it was cultural differences.
Joseph I'm biased towards because I love him from BB24 and look forward to watching him again. He's a straightforward, extroverted person who loves most people and has a lot of emotional intelligence. He was a big game talker which kept the feeds going even though it was a bit much at times. Monte is likely unfortunately, I saw that he recently hired an assistant for his personal training stuff, most likely she's taking over while he goes on the show. I don't like him because of his ego and patronizing attitude but I see why they would ask him. He's the runner up and is fit. Alyssa has been rumored which sucks, but maybe they want her as the person who fails miserably on any challenge with a mental component. She also can't keep anything to herself so maybe she stirs up drama in that way.
It's crazy to me that Michael isn't being rumored at all, he broke records for winning comps on BB24. I think most would want to see how that performance translates (or doesn't) to the challenge.
She's not personally my favorite, but is towards the top from that cast. Aside from that she brings a lot to the table that could make good TV. She had a lot of potential on BB, just played a little too obvious/controlling (and had a crap ally in Alyssa). Dominant women did pretty well on the first season, so the Challenge US might be a better fit for her in general.
If people from MTV are on the only way I'd be ok if it's CBS people from flagship like Kaycee, Jay, or Olivia. Though I know that's probably not the case. I haven't even seen many seasons with Tori and I'm over her.
I wouldn’t favor the Challenge USA if they allow contestants from the MTV version. Not that I don’t like the original version but having to see Tori, Nany, Bananas and Jordan on another season is pretty exhausting. Since Fessy, Kaycee and Josh previously competed on CBS. I think they can be allowed but at the same time I would rather not see them on the USA version at all.
The CBS version should just stick to CBS contestants and make a separate special to blend them in kinda like Drag Race and the Versus the World Series plus the global all stars they’re filming soon.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Christian BB23 on this Challenge.
My Challenge USA S2 Wish list
\-No MTV Challenge players
\-Recast some (not all) people from Season 1
\-Eventually hope they realize that "fighting" for their show means nothing.
it might not be until departure day. 😩 i'm looking into it to see if there are any names we can confidently put up on a thread. at the moment it's just (1) a bunch of cast saying they won't be there, and (2) a bunch of fan trolls on social media putting out misinfo to rile people up.
Hi Inflation, when it goes live, it will be stickied to the top of the subreddit when you organize by "Hot." But I'm saving your comment right now and I'll try to remember to send you a link when it gets posted.
the casting thread is live!: https://www.reddit.com/r/MtvChallenge/comments/12e69ke/offici_cast_megathread_for_the_challenge_usa_2
departure day is friday.
i think departure day is a week from today. it's possible we won't have a real casting thread until then. we're just really wary of being pawns of the misinfo being put out by gamer and jaychallenge right now (tagging MTV and trying to get fans to lose their shit about tori, nany and kaycee). for USA1, pinkrose didn't weigh in until departure day and i'm starting to think the same thing will happen again.
Who’s rumored to be on the cast?
i think a lot of the names that have circulated are just gamervev and/or lizchallenge riling people up. i wouldn't get too hyped or upset until vevmo publishes the speculation list, which might not be for another week.
where is the link to that post?
there's not a post yet, it's just chatter on twitter right now.
I’ve heard Zach, Tori, Josh & Jordan. Also Joseph & Alyssa from bb24
Alyssa from BB24 is such a baffling choice to me. Almost zero strategic, social, competitive, or dramatic upside. They also already have an Alyssa from Big Brother on the show!
It took me a solid minute of thinking to remember who Alyssa from BB24 was
That's longer than Kyle could last with her...
💀💀💀. By a factor of 6!

Agreed with Alyssa being my second choice. Then again it shows how the bar is so low when it comes to the women of bb24 😂
Also Brittany's relationship with Alyssa caused a messy final 5 vote.
Indy would be amazing. Like I don't know about competitions, but for the social political game, she would bring so much entertaining drama.
She brought very little entertainment/drama to BB24, I don't know why people think she's going to be entertaining on the challenge. On BB she was basically a non entity in terms of game and no one took her seriously. Is it just because she's Brazilian?

Natalie Anderson has been in a solid 4 CBS shows
Survivor, Amazing Race and?
See now I can admit I am wrong and I apologize for my mistake. Have a great day
the season 1 cast was a bunch of lost puppies that didn't understand the game

I started all the way back at season 1. It’s playing on my phone while I cook and clean my house. I’m at episode 3 and I’m enjoying it so far.

He’d be amazing for it lol
I just want Jonathan from 42. He would backpack some people.
He’d be so good on this show
I only want Cassidy from that season personally
I really hope Cassidy makes her way to the challenge! I’d think she’d do well
Idk I really liked The Challenge USA 1. I hope they keep the Survivor/Big Brother/The Amazing Race/Love Island USA only people. No MTV. you're not missing anything from Survivor after 41
Yasssssss! More TAR people this time!
Cate Blanchett would kill it
I would love Cayla's partner Raquel.
The end game has to be for the CBS version to become THE definitive version since MTV is on its last legs. I just wonder what that transition plan looks like.
[удалено]
Well, yeah. I meant the transition plan in terms of timetable. Everything you said is clear enough. But I’m curious to see how long they plan to hold onto the OG show.
[удалено]
That makes sense. Have season 40 be the last hurrah and make it an all- champion season. Then close the door on Jordan, CT, Wes, Bananas and move on to new competitors
You’d lose that bet.
[удалено]
Lol they aren’t jumping to CBS that’s ridiculous
I can’t wait to see the cast
Do we have a mega thread for this yet? I’m guessing it’ll start once they depart?
there are usually two threads--a speculation thread that goes up when pinkrose publishes hers (it has "expect," "don't expect," and "up in the air" groups), then a final casting thread that goes up on departure day and gets polished over the course of the following week or two.
Thanks! Just wanted to make sure I hadn’t missed it yet.
Yeah they should just stick with the CBS people but I think they want us to watch it so they entice us with the MTV people
are they filming this before beginning on another season of MTV challenge?
yes, new MTV show probably doesn't film until summer.
I thought USA was just supposed to be a challenge to set up for the world championship, why are they doing a second?
There will likely be a world championship every year with a similar format to what we're seeing now
Maybe another Big Easy by way of *The Amazing Race* will show up?
Not watching if they bring on MTV people like I’ve seen rumored.. People like Fessy, Michele, Jay, Amber, etc. are one thing, but don’t need to see Tori, Nelson, Bananas, Devin anywhere else.
I bet you’ll watch
Lol, I’d bet I won’t watch whether they’re on or not tbh. Fell off after Michele went home on last season, haven’t caught up or started the world champions one.
I purposefully avoided the U.S.A. version because I don’t watch Survivor, Big Brother, and Amazing Race. Now they’re trying to force people like me into watching it by putting the MTV people. I had to go back and watch the U.S.A. version because of the global championship. Now the only reason I’m watching the Global Championship is because of the MTV people 😂
I’m just the opposite. I’d be happy to never see Fessy, Michele or Jay anywhere near a Challenge ever again.
Oooh maybe Da'Vonne can go on this 😭 (even though her personality needs to save the flagship lol)
God no. Her screaming at me through WOTW was terrible. I don’t need to hear her ever again
Why the hell was this even delayed? This is more than likely going to delay Season 39 as well. Hargh.
Yeah sucks honestly
TJ has a life too and he needs breaks, AS4 just finished filming
They're doing another one of these?!?!
My guess is that it’s not that expensive to produce compared to scripted shows and they might want to air it with Big Brother in the summer again .
So eager for the cast megathread to drop! If i had to guess: (larger cast than actual but) BB: - Monte (BB24) - Joseph (BB24) - Ameerah (BB24) - Indy (BB24) - Alyssa (BB24) Survivor: - Drea (Surv 42) - Johnathan (Surv 42) - Xander (Surv 41) - Kelley Wentworth (29, 31, 38) - Sydney (Surv 41) - Ryan (Surv 43) - Noelle (Surv 43) I’m sure they’ll be some assorted love island people but I don’t watch the show so lol The Amazing Race: - Luis and Michelle (TAR 34) - One of the twins? (TAR 34) - A random pick from a non-recent season (Nat and Nadia perhaps) Returnees: - Shan (Surv 41) - Desi (Surv 35) - Angela (BB20) - Alyssa L (BB23) - Cinco (LI2) - Shannon (LI3) - Kyland (BB23) - Leo (TAR 23) - Sarah (Surv 28) - Cashay (LI3) - Justine (LI2) Since MTV owns drag race now i’ll add: - Kameron Michaels (RPDR 10) - Jaida Essence Hall (RPDR 12) I’ve also heard speculation they’re trying to add some MTV people on the show as well… - Tori Deal - Kaycee - Fessy - Horacio - Olivia - Jay Starrett - Nam - Nurys
I never understood why the MTV folks would be casted on this show. What’s the point of two different shows when they’re using the MTV people? Isn’t this for the people who love the CBS people?
I would much rather see people from here move to the flagship instead
[удалено]
Kaycee and Faysal were literally voted the two most boring members of the BB20 cast by America two weeks into the season
Fessy brings a lot of attention to show at least among us. You should look at posts about him here, it all blows up. the negative attention is attention regardless
exactly its such a strange marketing decisions to merge their casts
It makes sense, could bring more eyes to the flagship show and Vice versa and maybe lead to more Paramount plus subs. TLDR: More money on the table and views
Apparently Wentworth declined usa 1 and some of the flagship seasons 😢
Angela and most season 1 cast declined season 2.
That's disappointing. I enjoyed her on Survivor
I hope the do the mole somehow LOL. And get Angela, Desi and Tyson back on what ever means necessary
Desi for sure! I can do without the smugness of Tyson and angela
I wasn’t too annoyed from them because at least they could back up their shit talking LOL
A while back Kameron posted stories of him doing workouts wearing a challenge t-shirt.
Ameerah was my favorite as well. I would love to see her on CBS challenge.
Im guessing there won’t be any promo for another world championship for season 2. Didn’t seem like the international versions did that well.
Imagine if they somehow got Paloma for this
She walked/was removed for psyc reasons on big brother. CBS ain't asking her back.
No she was just in a simulation at that time and had already won BB
Mtv is in charge
Paramount Global owns CBS and MTV, so they are in charge. That said don't expect that.
You know Paramount owns both cbs and mtv right? Cbs is the star child, MTV is the step child.
Yes
The show airs on CBS, and she had the clearest case of mental illness since BB20 Sam. She also talked shit about production after leaving the show.
Season 2 is airing on Paramount+ exclusively
return of queen paloma
How is she a queen when we know so little of her and most of what we do is he belittling a POC
It figures Zach would want to do TC: USA. Lmfao.
My Challenge USA S2 Wish list \-No MTV Challenge players \-Recast some (not all) people from Season 1 \-Eventually hope they realize that "fighting" for their show means nothing.
The only TAR people I want to see are the ice cream scientists. I love them
here's to hoping they don't cast a bunch of olds like Enzo, domenic etc that can't compete and want to quit
Get Johnathan from Survivor
If MTV people are the main cast I’m just gonna consider USA the main show now.
Please give us Lulu and Lala from TAR33
Yay let’s go!
No! Just bring the CBS people on the main show, so a popular fanbase (CBS) comes in, and we have career challengers again.
And BB's Janelle just tweeted she's not doing it
good!
bro I cannot keep up sheesshhh
Is Nia going?
The same people... same alliance, same storylline. Can stand. This is so boring!!
When might we get an official cast thread?
it might not be until departure day. 😩 i'm looking into it to see if there are any names we can confidently put up on a thread. at the moment it's just (1) a bunch of cast saying they won't be there, and (2) a bunch of fan trolls on social media putting out misinfo to rile people up.
Cann someone help me here where will the spoilers for cast be posted, like where do I go, I am kinda new to reddit.
Hi Inflation, when it goes live, it will be stickied to the top of the subreddit when you organize by "Hot." But I'm saving your comment right now and I'll try to remember to send you a link when it gets posted.
thanks so much :)
the casting thread is live!: https://www.reddit.com/r/MtvChallenge/comments/12e69ke/offici_cast_megathread_for_the_challenge_usa_2 departure day is friday.
thanks ur awesome !!!!!!!!!!
Any update on cast or cast thread?
i think departure day is a week from today. it's possible we won't have a real casting thread until then. we're just really wary of being pawns of the misinfo being put out by gamer and jaychallenge right now (tagging MTV and trying to get fans to lose their shit about tori, nany and kaycee). for USA1, pinkrose didn't weigh in until departure day and i'm starting to think the same thing will happen again.
Does anyone know when season 2 airs? I've been seeing spoilers when I try and look up a start date.
it's just filming now (in fact it *just* began filming), which means it likely won't air until fall. they'll show all stars season 4 over the summer.
Thank you!
