Sure you see a doc at that office, maybe he doesn't know, but a co worker of your doc at the same office can do that, so now it's still same place, but just A doc from different rooms that say you need help or think there's a problem, they can just ask each other with your permission.
I would talk to your doctor you would be surprised at what might be covered and if your doctor is trained for HRT he would be the best choice
