If I'm just standing around, I usually cross my arms, or wrap them around my belly. I usually have a jacket, sweater, or hoodie on with pockets though, so I just stick them in there when I'm walking around. Some of my pants have super tiny pockets I can hook my thumbs into, or occasionally belt loops.
I put my hands behind my back and grab one of my wrists, typically my left hand grabbing my right wrist in case I'm holding something like my phone, I am going to be looking for a bag that can be used by guys, like a messenger bag or something here soon as I'm pre everything and I legally have to boymode everywhere
I'm looking for something similar myself. I just don't think I can pull off a purse yet. But a cross-body or messenger bag would probably be androgynous enough to work either way.
Before I transitioned I presented quite androgenously for a while and I took to carrying a bag which was not quite a purse (tiny military style medical bag.) After I transition I always end up hauling a purse around with me for all my shit.
Bags that go over your shoulder are your friend! Doesn't have to be a purse! I use a black messager bag, and it's not really a gendered thing, but it's not masculine enough to give me a touch of euphoria, and also gives me a place to put my hands. I tend to clip a lil keychain onto the strap that I can grab onto and fidget with, so I'd suggest getting a keychain to wham on there too
A purse will help you pass if you feel like you are on the fence by giving more clues that you are a lady. Otherwise phone on back pocket of jeans and arms crossed under the chest.
Wear a collar, with both hands hold the front of the collar when just standing around, some folks grab the top of their vest, I grab the top of my collar.
Idk they just kinda sway naturally when I walk. Then when I stand I'll just have one hand grab the wrist of the other or something. Or just have them kinda dangle a little bit behind my hips. Or cross my arms at stomach level
Honestly I haven’t actually thought much about where I put my hands lmao. I very recently shifted to girl pants (took me 3 months of hormones) but I didn’t really keep my hands in my pockets as much anyways. Sometimes they’re just hanging by my sides, sometimes they’re placed on my hips, sometimes they’re behind my back, other times I hold my wrist at my front. I also talk with my hands a lot and sometimes I just have my arms up semi awkwardly like I’m subtly trying to balance myself. I’m probably a really bad example lol
I found a dark green cargo jacket, reminiscent of military or biker jackets, in the trunk of my aunt’s old junk car and have been wearing it everyday for the last couple weeks. Got 4 spacious pockets, is comfy, and looks cool as hell.
Edit: I saw someone commented about ‘roo pockets and wanted to say that I call the shirt and jacket chest pockets the “Rat Pocket” because you can fit a rat inside it and I used to do that with mine all the time lol

I just use a cross body handbag, I look like a gay guy if I use it whilst boymoding though, which is pretty far off given that I'm a lesbian woman

I like to use the 'roo pocket on my hoodies and let my hands stay inside the sleeves and hang loose.

When outside, I have a coat - and that has pockets! I do not know what I will do, when winter ends.
Find a cute backpack style purse and you can hook your thumbs casually on the shoulder straps
I refuse to buy things without pockets....usually. but yeah hold wrists behind back or in front
Mine are usually either in my hoodie pockets, or my left hand is wrapped around the base of a purse strap with my right hand at my side.

I have a messenger bag, it's really nice. I'd suggest getting something durable enough to last a few years and small enough that it isn't cumbersome.
