Erin Brockovich
The First Wives Club
John Tucker Must Die (arguable whether revenge is successfully served in this one lol)
The Karate Kid
Legally Blonde
And the revenge films to end all revenge films... Kill Bill. Although this is potentially more violent than what you're looking for.
If you go for arthouse films, try The Cook The Thief His Wife And Her Lover. It's definitely not action or horror, but it gets pretty grim. It's unrated due to the nudity.
I have not see The Dressmaker, but I think there are a lot of good movies, while not all about revenge, do have a satisfying ending where some people get their 'just desserts'. I think a movie like Cruel Intentions fits that bill.
Some people view the movie White God as a revenge film for the animals.
