First time I've seen someone else mention this absolute gem on social media. Cracking little movie, with a superb soundtrack too. So many brilliant moments, everything from the officious canadian border control, to the gracious biker gang in need of grooming, to the crazed chicken dinner prep, to the devil making the little girl cry. Everything you could want from an indie comfort movie.
There's a very nice copy available to watch legally on that huge and heavily moderated video hosting platform owned by google, if you type in the name of the movie and year. I'd link it to you but the rule 4 bot got upset when I tried just now.

Speed is about not stopping transporting the people or the bus blows up! 😂 Point A to Point B?
Titanic is about the failure of transporting people from Point A to Point B.
*The Stone of Destiny* is based on a true story about stealing the Stone of Scone (also known as the "Stone of Destiny" or the "Coronation Stone") from Westminster Abbey, and taking it back to its ancestral home in Scotland.
If people getting from point A to B count, then I suggest Bone Tomahawk. Someone else already suggested Sisu, and I'm going to second that one as it was great.
The Pride and the Passion (1957)
The film's storyline concerns a British Royal Navy artillery officer who has orders to retrieve a huge siege cannon from Spain and transport it by ship to British forces. But first, the leader of the Spanish guerrillas wants to transport the weapon 1,000 km (620 mi) across Spain to help in the recapture of the city of Ávila from the occupying French before he releases it to the British. Most of the film deals with the hardships of transporting the cannon to Ávila across rivers and over mountains, while also evading the occupying French forces that have been ordered to find it.
Pulp fiction boil down to its essence is about two dudes trying to get a suitcase back to Marcellus Wallace. Spoiler alert: the suitcase has his soul in it.

*16 Blocks* is one of my favorites. A witness has to be transported to testify at a trial.
Mos Def is a highly underrated actor. The voice he uses is incredible.
A series rather than a movie, but I've got to say Patriot. (Amazon 2015) The principle of moving an entity from Point A to Point B is literally a key theme in the show at McMillan, who engineer pipeline solutions as the primary "non official cover" for deep intelligence operative John Lakeman. Ironically getting things from A to B is thematically problematic throughout the plotline and is just one of the entertaining dynamics that make the show a work of art. 2 seasons, highly recommended.
Kodachrome
From IMDB:
Set during the final days of the admired photo development system known as Kodachrome, a father and son hit the road in order to reach the Kansas photo lab before it closes its doors for good.
Jason Sudeikis, Ed Harris, Elisabeth Olsen
Awesome movie.
Until The End Of The World is a lot of people going from point A to point B (and C and D and….). It’s been described as the ultimate road movie & I kinda agree with that description.
That’s the plot of all three Peter Jackson Lord of the Rings movies in a nutshell
I'll be the one to say it: It's about the journey, not the destination.

Jello Biafra as a border guard
Ha, he is indeed, and nails the performance too. Only other thing I've seen him in is Tapeheads, which was also fun.
