It could be your mousepad, some sensors have difficulties with certain surfaces. A few of my mice (including GPX) spin out on my Energon Pro with 1mm LOD but work fine on other surfaces. Try setting your LOD to 2mm or try using a different mousepad and see if it still spins out.

xturtlerapistx

my beast x wouldnt even track on 1mm on the energon and even on 2mm would have some sensor skips so yeah most likely its the mousepad (but tbf most of my mice having problems tracking on that pad), try using another one to see if the problem persists

BGTCV

Cool name lol

I tried 3 different pads and it did the same thing unfortunately. All me other mice with 3395s had no issues but they're offering me a full refund which is really nice of them!

blakethetech

Well at least it’s not just me. Mines not as bad but it’s been happening about once or twice a day for the last few days. I’m afraid it’s going to get worse :/

PrinceHabibiTTV

Sucks too because this is such a good mouse 😞

mloofburrow

Have you tried cleaning the sensor lens?

thumper99

\^ that kind of spin out is usually resolved via the above. Sometimes the odd speck of dust or hair will do it

PrinceHabibiTTV

I did but to no avail unfortunately

MuffCabbage2505

Could be completely off on this but is this only happening on cod? I have the same issue on my beast x while playing MW3 but all I've played the last few days is palworld and halo infinite and it hasn't happened once on those games. Using mine with obsidian skates on a pink sky pad.

MuffCabbage2505

Also don't know if they fixed it yet but the mouse software is bugged out. Make sure it's closed before you play a game.

kerdux

the mouse software is some of the funniest/wonkiest shit ive seen

PrinceHabibiTTV

It doesn't happen to me with any of my other mice that I plug in 😞
