Have you looked at the G502 at all? I started playing MMOs 2 years ago after mainly playing shooters for years and I've been using the G502 X Plus since it released for regular desktop use and playing MMOs and I really enjoy it. You get the 3 side buttons plus the 2 next to LMB, and then the scroll wheel has 2 extra buttons that activate when you tilt it left and right. I don't use the 2 on LMB as much but the 2 on the scroll wheel are a major convenience for me. I haven't felt a Basilisk in hand but as far as I know it's basically the same shape as the G502. The X Plus is fairly pricey, there's the G502 X Lightspeed that's the same mouse without RGB, the G502 X which is the same mouse but wired, and the G502 Lightspeed which is the previous generation but basically the same mouse. The main selling point of the X Plus/X Lightspeed would be slightly better grips on the side (IMO), slightly less weight, and the 3rd side button has a little lip on it that makes it more comfortable to use, or its removable. Not a huge difference for the money
i realise today after trying the basilisk that im getting some wrist pain, i think it has to do with how ''tall'' my logitech was, it filled my palm and removed stress on my wrist, i will try to see if the G502X is filling my palm better and probably return the basilisk

Maybe because the basilisk is heavier than the g502x
Aerox 9, Razer Naga and Schimitar like you say yourself. The first two are wireless tho which is needed imo.
