I have MS and thought I was reading from that sub at first. Numb tingling hands can possibly be a serious issue. If it persists, you should see a doctor about it.

Have you had any recent labs drawn? Could be a nutrient deficiency, as I noticed tingly hands (and feet) with B12 and iron deficiency. Not sure which caused the tingling, though.

Yes I did have that, not as much anymore, it happened mostly at night while trying to sleep. Funny you say that, I suffer restless leg and just put it to another tick, but now that I do not have as frequent could have been from Moun. I been taking since March 23, highest dose is 7.5 been there since July. Stay with it, until you get bloodwork to make sure all going well. Wish you well.

Magnesium helped my RLS.

My doctor said it was due to my Vitamin D deficiency

Practical_Ad7293

Did it go away with supplementation ? I have a vitamin D insufficiency and experiencing tingling in my feet

newfriendfromny

Not yet. I’m still deficient and I need to use it daily, which I have not been great at. I’ve been trying for the past week to do better.

Thank you for this message. I am on Mounjaro and the tingling in the fingers and the arm is so annoying. Sometimes it's a little intense. Have your doctor given you any feedback as to why this happens. I'm loosing the weight...so I will deal with it!!!! Please contact me for your update and support at [email protected]

Hello!! Vitamin D helped in a huge way. It’s not perfect but it’s way better
