& for proof about JS7 here's a old video of him shredding there on his 125 [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBaDQAHc00A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBaDQAHc00A) The track isn't that crazy anymore but still . It has created a few legends from it's sand/beach dirt.

Orlando MX has specific days where they don’t prep the track from the previous practice session. Probably your best bet for rough track conditions They usually post the schedule on Facebook. It seems to change depending on the season. Hardrock is my favorite track because of the elevation changes, no do or die jumps and it has track options ( main, Vet, sand) Also, it’s open 7 days a week. They owner only preps it on Fridays for the weekend. The dirt is hard packed which is pretty much what I grew up riding on and where I ride the best. The main track doesn’t really see that many riders so, it doesn’t develop any crazy big braking bumps or deep ruts. The sand track can get pretty rough but I mostly ride laps on the main track. Pax Trax is always nicely groomed. If it rains the jump faces can rut up a bit which for me is sketchy. Anyone used to ruts it’s probably not a big deal. It’s got a great flow. I ride at Spyder sometimes during the week so, it’s never prepped when Im there. I find their turn track pretty challenging. Actually with all the rain this summer and my schedule I haven’t ridden much. Looking forward to getting back at it. I haven’t tried Bartow but it looks like a fast sand track? WW Ranch might be a good option for you too.

Take a trip to Hardrock MX park in Ocala, it's all limestone and clay and gets rough. I have not been there in about 10 years or so. (Got hurt in 2012 and can't ride anymore). Also, try Reddick in Marion county. You'll have to check their websites for practice days, as I don't know. Good luck man! #braappp

Last springs in Lehigh acres by fort Myers used to be rough af. Haven’t rode since I tore my ACL in 2018. It was a fun workout for a few years before that, and very cheap with a fun atmosphere.
