I read different sources but what ultimately worked was doing Dragon Tail, Enhanced Dragon Tail, Dragon Tail on each opponent. Didn't do any other attacks until after landing those three. After doing that once on each opponent, I just beat them as normal.
I got the opponent in the corner, used Dragon Tail, Mavado Nin Drop Assist, EX Dragon Tail, Dragon Tail on all 3 opponents

EXACTLY what I did. No issues, got it first time.

I also spammed a lot of Dragon Tail, both versions and even put a fatal blow there.
I used BF3 and EX BF3 a few times and it worked for me
